“This is the best dollar general in the area. While I would have preferred a local market here, this DG has a fresh produce section and tons of accessible food options for the community.”
“I love couponing at Dollar General on Saturdays and especially this past one with the clearance sale, I saved a lot of money. I'm usually there about 2 hours just scanning items with the app. So yeah, my husband would appreciate if you would fix the bathroom at the Pine Log Rd location as it has been out of order for a month at least. I think the Redds Branch location is the most coupon friendly, to me.”
“So the store online says it closes at 9pm and 10pm which makes no sense. You call and hit the button for the store hours and it says 10pm. It definitely closes at 9pm so please update the phone or something.”
“The store seems a bit smaller than newer locations, but this store isn't as cluttered as much with items for restocking shelves on rolling carts and in shipping boxes. Shelves are usually well organized. Usually able to find what you need.”

“I live about 3 minutes from the pine log store. Never go there anymore since I saw other stores. This store needs serious help. My actual review is for the Whiskey Road Store. Very nice and helpful staff. The store is clean,aisles are well accessible, and the merchandise is very reasonable priced. Don't get discouraged by one store keep visiting until you find the one that fits your needs.”
“The employees here are always pleasant. I left my cell phone on the checkout counter and a $10 bill was inside the cell phone wallet. Needless to say, when I asked if they had found a cell phone, she handed it to me and the $10 was still inside the wallet. I really need to say a big "Thank You" to the girl for being so helpful. Im sure she knows who she is. This happened around 330 friday on oct.4, 2019.”
“The new store is overall really nice, and clean making it a big improvement on the old store location, however some of the produce is not always the freshest like the tomatoes having mold on them, or the lettuce being brown, and hard. Also there have been big issues with the self checkout registers not working correctly, and the bagging system not being the best design making it hard for them to open. But again overall big improvement from the old store location that's been greatly needed for a very long time!!”
“This store is not on my normal driving routes. I found myself close to its location and had some time, so I stopped. Very clean and well organized. Prices were fair. Workers were friendly. I will go back soon.”
“This is a busy location. You may find empty shelves. Thanks to our current economy, prices are going up. If you need multiples of an item, you may need to travel to several stores. Cashiers are nice, polite, and don't mind joking around some.”
“Would have given 5 stars but they don't have the required licensing to sell wine, but you can go across the street and get wine out of the gas station. Makes no sense to me. Overall the store is clean, the shelves are usually stocked nicely, and the staff is friendly.”
