I came in looking for a formal dress and Kayla was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me, I found one I liked but didn’t like the color and had asked if she could help me find it online possibly in another color and it was not offered on their website but she went out of her way and wrote down different styles that were almost identical to the one I wanted!

Bad customer service. Walk in there no one help us but just look at us like we are some thieves . I hate comin into stores that act like they can only help who they wanted . I been in retail for 8 years and customers do come first . I approached them and ask them have they find everything ok . Interaction is the biggest part about being in retail. Y’all have the wrong workers that seem like they don’t want to come to work. Bad for business

The ladies working today 9/20/23-Shanita and I did not catch the other woman’s name-were so friendly and helpful, so I had to recognize them in a review. I was shopping for my bachelorette weekend and had many items to try on and they were swift to help me get a fitting room. I left one item at the store accidentally and Shanita took the time to email me to let me know so that I could come back to get it. Big selection today and got what I needed.

This Windsor has a many options with ALL sizes available. I’m a large which is frequently sold out. The girls were so friendly, I felt like I made a new friend. Kayla was so honest and funny. Destiny added a valuable opinion when I was picking out dresses. So happy with my purchases.

I came in for an emergency outfit for an engagement party, disco themed out of everything, came running in on my lunch break and these two amazing and super sweet girls Kayla and Janissehelped me find the perfect dress and literally within minutes. went in today looking for a dress for a wedding no one helped me until i said something i greeted them when i walked in the door. got told good luck when i finally asked for help. all over terrible customer service no one brought me to a dressing room. i was pointed to it.
