Purchased kitchen table, chairs, and bars stools Thursday, which were delivered today (Saturday). Love them. The deliverymen couldn't have been more respectful of my home and requests. See Kelly Edmonds. If you know what you want, she will find it if they have it. Took me less than 1/2 hour there, which I loved!!

We shopped all around for furnishings for our new home and while this was not the cheapest store, we appreciated the better made & more custom options. My salesperson Milan was very informative and helpful, he asked all the right questions to ensure that we would be 100% happy with our choices.

Logan and Sissy were great through the whole experience! Went in and found the couch and tables that I wanted very fast and were willing to get everything to me in a timely and organized fashion! Then Jamal came and delivered in true white glove fashion the very next day! Would highly recommend to any friends family or strangers, if I ever need furniture you best bet I will be going back to the wholesale furniture gallery!

We had 6 pieces delivered today and I had to come give a 5 star review for the men working that delivery truck. We have 3 young boys who were so excited about the new furniture for our beach house, and they were running around asking the movers 172734 questions the entire time. The two men never got annoyed with them, they laughed with them, joked with them, and had a huge smile on all of our faces the entire time. Just really thankful for their positive attitude and patience!

We ordered two very nice barrel chairs that had to be made. They turned out beautiful. One has a very small tear at the bottom. Spoke to the store manager. He stated someone would come to the home and look at the problem. Called him twice. Still waiting. Been three weeks now.

Purchased a chair back in September had to have service on it a second occurance had to have service again. The chair was defective and they swapped it out with no problem.

Terrible customer service. I contacted this location and someone named Tajan (uncertain about spelling) hung up in my face while I was still speaking. I called back to speak to a supervisor and was connected to Logan whom stated that the employee did not hang up on me and made no effort for a resolution. I wish I could give zero stars for customer service.

Came to look for a specific type of sofa. I’m heavily tattooed and my mother was with me but came in after me. I was initially ignored and the sales woman approached her but called out to her coworker that we were “together” in a snide tone when he came up to me. He was very kind and helpful and showed us around even though there was nothing that fit what I needed. He let us know that they could order something if I so chose. I ended up doing exactly that at another store, where I was not initially ignored and looked at as if I didn’t have money to spend. ? the man was nice, and that’s really the only saving grace.

I bought a couch from them (made by England Furniture Co.). In a couple of weeks I noticed a strange smell coming from the both armrests. With time the smell became very strong and unpleasant. It seems like a foam under upholstery started outgassing some chemicals (probably formaldehyte). I complained to the Wholesale Furniture manager. But they just simply refused to do anything about this smell saying that I was the first to complain about it(?) and they do not felt this smell. Now I am stuck with this couch emitting a terrible odor. After 3 months the smell is still there.
