I just need to learn to stop going to this bank. There is always an issue. Today it was sorry we can't take deposits. Parking lot packed. At least 10 employees, but couldn't figure how to do banking. Only two in line in front of me. There is suppose to be many provisions, protocols in regards to banking if one system isn't operable. The realty is that no bank system can ever be inoperable without a fail safe system. This is standard operating procedure. I remember when there were no computers or back up systems. It was all done by hand. Accounting and receipts were hand written. The manager should have been able to keep this bank functioning without issue. Very simple.

Attendant at the window was rude and very short with me, like i was inconveniencing her. Took 15 min from the time I sent the canister at the drive through just to get change, just a couple hundred in one's and fives.

Honestly I didn't even want to give them one star they don't deserve that but I had to to leave a review. This bank is a scam, they have ripped my fiancee and I off several times. This time we've heard 3 different excuses. Thing is we are not the only ones going through this, 3 others just this morning told me they've had the same thing happen to them at Wells Fargo and the 3rd was in the branch office with me because of the same issue, we will be changing Banks but I strongly advise against their services.

Don’t waste your time at this poor excuse for a financial institution. Arrived at 10 AM to open an account. I left by 10:45 because there were 3 people ahead of me and there was only one person available to open accounts and help with existing customers. Don’t waste your time or your money with Wells Fargo or any big bank. Stick with a credit union or, if you absolutely want to deal with a bank, work with a local or regional one.

The worst staff ever. Nasty, rude, unhelpful, and complete incompetence. There's a reason this bank has so many scandals. It attracts the worst type of employees to work there. Blatant violations of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act with sharing of customer information and, worse, the complete lack of compassion because these people are absolute robots.

We scheduled an appointment for 11 30 on Saturday may 20th. It was confirmed by the bank. When we arrived (on time), the lady at the front told us they did not schedule appointments past 11 on Saturday. She told us there was no way we could have done that, despite us having the confirmation on hand, and that they wouldn’t help us. She was not apologetic for the mistake and not polite; in fact she made my wife cry in the middle of the bank.

Front lady was very rude and hard to talk to. Did not understand what my issue was and was only trying to seem correct for her sake. Will never be banking at this location again after this.

called to ask a banker a question about a routing number needed because someone was wiring money into my account they said it was the same routing number as i would use for direct deposit and it wasn’t and now my money is lost WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I was turned away at the door by a sign that said I had to have a mask on. So I went through the drive-thru which took at least five times longer only to see employees inside I wearing masks. Nice double standard.
