Called a prescription in yesterday and verified it was DAW non controlled. The tech placed an order them got there to pick up and it was wrong. I don’t understand how the tech is switching the name and the pharmacist approving it when it’s wrong!!!! The young girl got highly offended and said do you want me to call security lol I said call Horry County it doesn’t matter who you call you all messed up I’m not threatening anybody but I want answers
Why is it being filled incorrectly and why is the pharmacist approving it? I mean less than a hour before closing AGAIN this happens. They are incompetent clueless and lack knowledge. It’s very upsetting that there is a missing piece to filling and understanding prescriptions. I hope they get this figured out.
The pharmacist was able to call around and find the medication at a different location in which we picked up

Although I've used Walgreens for my prescriptions for years, this was the first time I ordered my refill by email. I placed the order on Friday and received notification that it would be ready on Monday, which was Memorial day. When I arrived, the pharmacy was closed for the day. There was no mention of special hours in the email or text they sent to me. Obviously, I am not happy with them.

Nobody writes reviews about expected service, but I've had nothing but positive experiences since moving here - including transferring RXs from out of state, calling my doctor, etc. Courteous and timely service and all questions answered, couldn't ask for more.

Used Walgreens for years and Kevin at this location is special. Always goes above and beyond for every person that walks in. Best Walgreens employee I’ve ever interacted with.

Be careful when you buy one to get one free… it may get confusing and complicated at check out. Watch as items are rung up and the prices, because once it finishes and you pay and there is a problem it will take at least 20-30 minutes to try and fix it but figuring will be so complicated then you will just want to put it all back and just go to a more accommodating store. Usually good experiences just person coming in on the tail end of everything trying to fix it, but actually complicated it.

Always slow line at drive-thru. Text messages about rx not reliable. Took 3 weeks to get test strips because they didn't follow through with doctors and Medicare. The only reason we use is because insurance is there.The manager, Allison (they wouldn't give me her last name, is incompetent as a manager. Big turnover with staff. Nobody follows through with doctors and Medicare.

very helpful staff in the pharmacy, not sure why google places says temporarily closed, it has been opened since I moved here in September 2021. This location is open and doing business.

The branded candy box promo used to be 4 for $4. When they first changed it to 3 for $4 I was mildly tolerant towards this, considering inflation. All of this went out the window when they changed the price to 3 for $5. Ridiculous. This is a sign of incompetent management, a customer can only tolerate so much injustice.

I wish there was a zero star option. I have never written a review before but this pharmacy is a train wreck. They failed to fill a pain prescription on time and told us to come back the next day. So after a terrible painful night we went back, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes without ever being acknowledged, went inside, waited there for 20 more minutes and were told it STILL was not processed. The pharmacist and two techs were laughing and shooting the breeze in the back while customers were completely ignored. I voiced My frustration was met with absolute disregard and condescension. When I did get the medicine, they gave me 3x more pain medicine than the prescription called for. That’s just irresponsible and incredibly dangerous. Please go elsewhere.
