This Walgreens was a breath of fresh air. The beach gear is reasonably priced ($7 for a towel!), the layout is really clean, and the staff is really nice as well.

I went to Walgreens to get my pictures done. I had trouble causey phone was broken. The Manager Steve & an employee I did not get his name they were very helpful. They went above & beyond. Thank you guys for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Didn’t catch any names, but I watched the staff happily help all of the white customers while rolling their eyes and scoffing at me. Racism is common in Myrtle Beach, watch where you go.

I was vacationing in the area and I’m very prone to poison ivy, which unfortunately I got a bad case of it. My DR sent an electronic RX to the pharmacy near the resort I was staying at. I called the pharmacy and spoke to DeeJay. She was amazing making sure she had all my updated personal and insurance information and update accordingly. Deejay informed that they would have to order one of the RX for next day. I expressed concern that my poison ivy progressively get worse very quickly. As professional and friendly as Deejay was she told me she would call around to the other pharmacies to see if she could track down the medication that I needed. I’m amazed after an hour she called me and told me she located the medicine and transferred both medications to the pharmacy that had the medicine that I needed. After my first dose I felt immediate relief form the itching and now can enjoy my vacation.I can’t thank Deejay enough for her quick action and professionalism!! She truly went above and beyond her job duties and for that I’m extremely grateful!! She is a huge asset to the Walgreens Pharmacy!!
