“This vet has been great to my dog and I. They are punctual, thorough, and friendly to us. The vet is reasonably priced and always address the concerns I have with my dogs annual checkups. If they can not provide a service they offer a recommendation that will meet my animals needs.”
“They took me as an emergency because my regular vet was booked and my 14&1/2 year old cat had been in distress for 3 days. They took him right back and evaluated him. Sadly he was very ill with heart disease and the most humane logical option was to put him down. It was so hard and happened so fast but the staff went above and beyond and was so wonderful and caring. I highly recommend this practice.”
“I took my precious dog to their emergency service today because she swallowed a cocklebur while on a walk when she removed it from her paw when it stuck her. She apparently got it stuck in her throat somewhere because she stopped eating, drinking water and acted like she was in pain. At the vet, she received a thorough examination and the vet, Dr. Vivian Ghiorzi decided we should induce vomiting and see if it would dislodge the foreign object that must be "stuck" in her throat. They gave her an emetic drug, then reversed it with an antiemetic after she vomited. She acted differently almost immediately, and by the time we returned home she was her old self, eating and drinking and wagging away. The beauty of this vet is they have a 24 hr. emergency service as well as routine care. For me, I think it is worth the drive for the ability to be seen immediately if you have a medical urgency or emergency which our current vet will only give you an appointment a few days after you call or send you to an emergency hospital if they can't "work you in". Yes, we waited about 30 or 40 minutes, but we understood before we went it was 1st come 1st served at the emergency service so no complaints at all from me. To top it off, the Dr. Ghiorzi called about 7:45 this evening to check on our pet. Highly recommend the caring and professional staff there.”
“We visited On Point in Surfside under the worst circumstances. We were here on vacation, and our almost 16 year old pom became very ill. We unfortunately had to put him to sleep. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Dr. Jackson was wonderful. We just dropped in, and they helped us and our little buddy, Lucky, so quickly. We are so grateful! Thank you for making such a hard thing as easy and stress free as possible.”

“We had to rush our dog Tilley here last night after having multiple grand mal seizures. Unfortunately there was not anything they could do for her ? but from the minute we arrived they met us at our vehicle and rushed her in. They kind, caring, and compassionate. They brought her in the room that our family packed (6) into and gave us all the time we needed never rushing us or being pushy. As we were leaving one lady came out the door and gave us a clay mold they made of her paw ??”
“The veterinarian, Bryson Gale, is 100% the best vet I’ve ever been to. My cat usually hisses and hates the vet…this was the first time I’ve ever seen my cat not hiss or be upset at a vet. Bryson Gale is really patient and kind and doesn’t rush you through. He takes his time with your pet, is gentle, and you can tell he really loves what he does. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks for everything <3”
“I have 2 dogs that have been coming to this location for over a year now, and every visit has been smooth sailing! We use the wellness plans for both which is such a big help in covering expenses. Dr Loder and Dr Chapman have been the ones giving my dogs care and they are the friendliest vets I’ve ever met! They always take the necessary time to answer any questions I have”
“I can only comment on the clinic. Very organized. Very fair pricing. I've taken numerous rescue pups and have had very good luck with them. They are short staffed/volunteers. They are doing their best. They just reopened their clinic with online appointments so I tried it out and taking my new pup today for shots. I've never been inside. I'm too afraid I'll leave with more than I can handle. Happy 50th Anniversary!!!”

“This review has been a long time coming so here goes this Vetenarian and All Staff are Amazing. Coming from another state to S.C. with pets is nerve racking, like your children but here they are well cared for from regular check ups to cancer, yup, cancer, FABULOUSLY CARED FOR so if you care for your pet like you claim too just pay the bill they are above and beyond fair as far as I am concerned pricing and they still return calls same day even the Dr. unless theres a surgery then Dr. is caring someone else's baby. Rates are fair, Care is Above and Beyond. We've been here 3 years. So get it together and get your babies taken care of ❤️this Veterinarian is worth it ? and All the Staff❤️ Thank you for caring on Stanley and Kahlua ?”
