Horrible experience never coming to this location ever again I wanted to come in and pay my phone off and the guy that was helping was not helpful at all and very ignorant and I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The guy was very rude and did not seem to care about my business coming in to this location.

Corbett was the most excellent consultant my husband and I ever dealt with at Verizon! Our situation was quite a task oriented challenge, I thought!
In May 22,2024, we were welcomed; no waiting in this brand new facility. Corbett immediately made us feel very valued and comfortable.
We were there to purchase a new iPhone 15, Transfer my old phone, the XR from another Verizon user’s account into my husband‘s Verizon account.
I was to keep my phone number, then subscribe onto my husband’s account.
Corbett then had to switch all the data from Duane’s old iphone 6 onto my old XR and then onto my new phone 15.
Everything was done with the utmost respect, care, kindness, effort, efficiency and professionalism!!!
In addition, Corbett was even our go to person today, May 3, 2024, as we lost the XR phone and needed his expertise to help find it through iCloud. He taught me how to do so and showed me how to turn on the settings to use Find My Phone for it, once we found it. Corbett located the phone!!!
Corbett was extremely helpful. He taught me each step of each process as I took notes to learn from him!!!
Corbett SAVED THE DAY and is our go to man in the Verizon corporation!!!
Corbett is one EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF the VERIZON FAMILY who cares!!!

My I watch broke while on vacation. I found the nearest Verizon store. Brian clodfelter greeted me immediately listened to what I needed. Found deals on my account I wasn’t aware of and helped me with my purchases, made valuable suggestions and helped me quickly transition to my new devices. The whole process was quick and helpful.

I have worked with Cody, and he has been so helpful to my sister and I, helping us pick and set up our phones with no issues. Cody is professional, knowledgable and kind, he will take the time to help you. I HIGHLY reccomend asking for Cody with any upgrades you may be interested in for yourself or for your whole family.

Went to Queens Harbor location last night within hour of closing since it's only time I could go. Needed to set up new service & buy 2 Samsung s24 ultras. Corbett (5 ⭐ for him!!) never made me feel rushed & explained all my options, etc thoroughly for me. I'm sick with a sinus infection & had 2 sick babies n the car with my mom. He wrote EVERYTHING down that was needed for me so that when I came back in the next day (today) it'd b a much easier process & he wouldn't be there. The ONLY reason my new phones/service weren't bought & setup was due to an issue getting my transfer pin from Metro. FFwd to this evening, again within hour of closing since oh time I could. So I called & let them know I was otw & what I needed to do, so that if there was anything they could get a jumpstart on to speedup the process since was getting closer to closing (still had 30 mins at least) Brian Codfetter (sp?) was rude from the start & said " we walk out at 7" with total attitude! Once we got there my mom went in since it was storming & myself & babies are sick. She wasn't in there 2 mins before coming out looking upset. She explained to him why it was important we get this done & he said he "WOULDN'T do it because he wanted to go home" SERIOUSLY?!? I didn't want to get myself & sick babies out n bad weather, but it needed to be done. He said it "would take an hour to do what we needed so he WOULDN'T do that, but would get us a quick phone setup, but that was it." We need our #s transferred for business reasons. Also want the new Samsung Galaxy s24 ultras. So no way would waste $ on a quick setup & then get what we actually need/want. After my mom came out &told me what was said, I then went in & asked for his full name & to speak to a manager. His response..."we DON'T have managers. You can talk to me" I'm blown away by the HORRIBLE customer service this man has. I thought being an older man he'd have some manners & professionalism...I was wrong! I plan on going back AGAIN hoping 3rd times a charm ONLY because Corbett will be there & he's the ONLY reason we aren't taking our business elsewhere! I hope there's commission & Corbett gets it all. I'm glad Brian didn't get a dime of ours.Just wanted everyone & Verizon to know what kind of awful CS employee they have working there ?
Fyi thought this was posted yesterday & for some reason wasn't....but headed there again soon only if Corbett is still available ...
Also read some similar reviews sounding like they were describing the same guy (Brian) I'm blown away if it's him still with a job after all of that ??

I am quite a very difficult customer!
I can't make up my mind and I need alot of explaining.... Cody was my salesman and I was getting a new phone. I Loved my LG phone but they went out of business. Cody had to guide me through every feature of my new Moto Edge and compare the two enticing me to want it. He was very patient, polite and informative! He even gave me his card and said I was to call with any questions (which I did).
Thank you Cody for your patience and professionalism.

Visited the Verizon store at Queen Harbor this morning. Was greeted & helped by the nicest & most helpful sales agent named Bryan. He was so knowledgeable & such a delight to work with. If you want to be taken care of & NOT taken advantage of then please go see Bryan. He's professional & courteous on every level!Thanks, Bryan, for making me feel like a valued Verizon customer! You made my day!

Best place to buy a Verizon phone in Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand hands down! Also, no other carrier has better coverage than Verizon especially in MB.
