The employees were very unhelpful. Didn't seem to know what they should know. The manager had an attitude it was a nightmare. Run do not walk away from this business.

This store has the most un-qualified staff I have ever encountered! Every time I have an issue I KNOW I will have to spend 3 hours at the store because the staff just disappears saying “brb”. I have to drive 15 min to the store because I thought I paid my line and turned out they didn’t and I had to go back.If they don’t know how to do a payment on the line I don’t know what do they know?

Verizon is allowing computer generated spam calls by leaving unused phone numbers to still be accessed. They could clean those numbers out of their data base. Also not allow computer generated calls.

Checked in as soon as I got there, sat there for an hr and half with no help 4 ppl came in after I did and they where helped. Worst customer service in myrtle beach.

The Spectrum store located in murrells inlet accross from home depot needs a lesson in customer service. They are the epitome of Rudeness and Ueducated. While trying to pay a final bill on a deceased relative we were informed it could not be done because our name was not on the account, how ridiculas! It sad that somewhere a village is missing an idiot. We were trying to do the correct thing and settling any debt. I guess they will eat the payment as the deceased won't be making anymore. Stay away from this internet provider.

My parents and I went in to get a new phone for my mom. The store closes at 7 and we got there at 6:30p. We were ignored. Two men were ‘helping’ one customer, despite us being there. 2 other customers walked in. One was tended to quickly. We were called over to a worker, he took our info, and told we’d be helped shortly. The other customer was then called over, and he stated ‘they (referring to us) were here first’. The worker continued to address that persons concern. At this point, it was clear we were being ignored and left.I will say this: I’ve never felt racism like I did in the store last night. I’d never go back to that place.

Horrible experience. Long wait, the representative was hard to understand, didn't seem to be up to date on their products. Not satisfied and will not be going back to this location. Very disappointing ?

Honestly shocked at some of these reviews. I was in there a few times in the past couple days and thought the wait was very reasonable for how many people kept coming in. Destiny was always ready to help make sure the check in process went smooth also. Everyone was super friendly, even with the impatient people that walked in there, which was alot! I wanted to upgrade my phone and the sales woman(will update when i get her name) did everything super quick and we were done in about 15 minutes. I transferred everything myself. Super easy process and great staff! Happy with my experience and my new phone!!

What's the point on forcing everyone to sign themselves in, when any Karen can say she was next, even though she didn't follow the sign in process that literally EVERYONE ELSE did.....? You might as well throw the sign in the trash since it clearly means NOTHING. Now I'm waiting even longer when I did what I was supposed to! Terrible customer service. Almost is trash as their Internet. After 4 TIMES of her disappearing to ask her manager for help (why he couldn't just come out and help is beyond me. If you can't do the job and have to ask your manager for help every 90 seconds, why not just get him to do it) they couldn't help us anyway. Some nonsense about a 3rd party doing the promotion. You KNOW we have suffered thru the 65 days of your garbage Internet, you KNOW you have an inventory of Xbox consoles. Yet I have to wait yet again for some message from some mysterious 3rd party, instead of giving us what you advertised, that's you have right on location. I'll be cancelling everything when I finally get what's owed to me. If I knew they were this bad at fulfilling THEIR OWN PROMOTIONS I wouldn't have wasted the time and energy switching to their Internet, especially after experiencing how terrible it is. I hope this is a good warning for others.
