They won’t deliver packages. They leave a slip saying it has to be picked up at the post office. That’s not what we’re paying for.

This is literally the worst and most lazy usps I have ever come across. We literally have had the lady on Saturdays put my Amazon orders into my neighbors mailbox THREE different times. I recently ordered laundry detergent on Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered today. I got a notification that said there was an attempted delivery? Like I live in an apt complex with no gates or codes so I'm going to go out on a limb and say the usps driver was too lazy to deliver. If you don't like your job get another one. Worst usps office now the office is closed until Monday and I'll have to wait until then ??♀️?♀️

They decide when they want or do not want to deliver packages. God forbid you are sick or disabled, ordered something you need from Amazon and they shipped through USPS. They will leave you a notice to go pick it up. However, when you schedule redelivery through that notice it will just never arrive. Ever. Avoid at all costs and possibilities.

I can’t tell you how disappointing it is to track your package for days & get the message saying it’s been delivered to a parcel locker but when you open your PO Box it’s empty! You know your package is there but it’s in someone else’s parcel locker the Myrtle beach post office will tell you they are launching an investigation it’s all bogus no one investigates what parcel locker your package was put in….very disappointing

Some of the employees deal different, not good, treatment with persons from different countries, when they see a person who is different in appearance or language, and this is included in racism.

I don’t really understand the hate of this post office. I’ve lived in Myrtle Beach my whole life and never had an issue. Mark at the counter was very friendly, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Very frustrating experience with this post office. Had Amazon packages delivered by USPS put in parcel locker with key in mailbox that I didn't have a key for. Paid for a lock change which should have happened on a Thursday. Didn't happen. when I went back on Friday, I was told lock change would happen on Saturday morning because the guy changing the lock called in sick on Thursday. That didn't happen either. But what DID happen was that another package delivered by Amazon was left in the mailbox! Now three packages are held hostage! Stay tuned for what the supervisor says on Monday morning when I go back for the fourth time to get this resolved. Frank L.

My big issue is that it took around 25 minutes to get to the counter, where I was told to wait at another counter, where I was told to wait another day because " Delivered " does not mean delivered.What bothered me mostly is that during my time in line, several people were waved foreword from the back of the line, many of which had questions or shipping issues.The current person being services was ignored while the " Waved " customer was helped immediately. Is there a secret nod or gesture I am missing here? The entire line system is at fault here.Then it got busy, maybe 8 people in line, out the door. At this point, one of the clerks walked away from the front and never returned. At this point I felt like it was intentional. The people working here are extremely jaded about their positions and are disengaged from the customer experience entirely.It was finally my turn to be next, and at that moment, people came out of the passport office and were ushered to the front of the line. OK sure, I was waiting nearly 20 minutes at this point.FINALLY, my turn, great. Oh, its delivered, but not actually delivered.PRO TIP, put a sign up that EXPLAINS YOU DO NOT PROCESS DELIVERIES SAME DAY.I waited that entire time, patiently in line, as each time someone waved up, I considered just shouting, " I am just here for a package!"I will do this next time. The entire system of lines has been ruined here, so I am just going to loudly announce what I need from the back of the line.Staff were completely disengaged, it was MY fault for even coming there to check on my package. I've never had an employee be so dismissive and not even utter a fake, " Oh sorry, yeah things get busy! " Just a big I DONT CARE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I came In there as a homeowner to get a mailbox key for my townhouse and was denied by a young black lady that works there .My townhouse is vacant because I live with my husband but I still receive mail there.She refused to take documentation from my phone (such as mortgage statement ) that I was able to use at the same location in the past,she did not want to look at my ID to verify the address ,she simply did not want to help and treated me with disrespect .I will no longer be going to this post office .

Myrtle Beach Post Office. Unbelievable staff and customer service. Best service anywhere! Very professionalincuding sustained focus and attention to detail. Treat each person like they are their only customer. They are so busy but never hesitate to keep Professional service, polite, patience beyond belief and kindness. Thank you.Darlene
