I made an appointment to have a document notarized between 1:00pm and 1:30pm. When I arrived, I was told by staff that the only notary just left to do a bank run and I would have to wait half an hour for them to return. I mentioned I had made an appointment and they replied that "making an appointment doesn't really do anything", and the notary would have to check the website to see if anyone was coming (which they obviously didn't do). So it sounds like a failure not only on the part of the notary, but on the UPS Store for not properly implementing the technology to follow through on their promises.

I drop off my Amazon returns here at least weekly. They have an Amazon kiosk where I can print my own label so no waiting in line. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient if I need to ship, copy or fax anything.

One star for a nice greeting and taking my order, but negative 4 for packaging and shipment. Hoping for resolution from the corporate office as U had to contact them to submit a claim. My antique wooden telephone sent to my daughter didn't arrive in the same condition it was shipped in. Broken inside which I feel was due to using the wrong box labeled for "light weight stuff" improperly packaged inside and not reviewed by the older employee before shipping. Sure do hope they resolve this, I did insure it but still it was a priceless family heirloom. Next time Jll pack myself. Not Happy! Here we are 23 days later, and still no resolution. So Far, the insurance I paid for isnt worth it. !!
Emails sent, and no replies, and I don't even get a reply when I ask for status.

The rep T.J was VERY helpful and patient with me and went out of his way to help me when I could not get my document to print correctly. It got very busy and he was multitasking and helping everyone as fast as he could. And was very kind and patient. Definitely an asset to your company

This is the second time we had to come I. To send back an Amazon return while on vacation..the black lady inside is so rude. First time she just had a nasty attitude and I wrote it off to maybe a bad day…this second time she literally bit my head off when I asked why Amazon says no label or packaging needed for a ups drop off and she wanted to charge me for a box. I felt so embarrassed with her yelling at me about she’s not giving me a box for free..I never asked for a box. She really needs better customer service skills

The older woman that is the face of the store is beyond rude. She rolls her eyes and huff and puffs the second another customer comes into the store. She refuses to help and tells customers to use the scanner while she just watches. When we need assistance, she has an attitude as if we are incompetent. Today, my mother and I walked in and she told us to use the scanner. My mother had many packages to return. As the scanner would be useful since we could take our time going through each one, she could’ve done it herself to make it go by faster. When I have gone in alone with even one package, she is very rude. The store is completely empty when I go, yet I still experience the horrible attitude. I am appalled that this woman still has a job when she treats customers this way. In the thirty minutes I was there today, I watched as she treated an elderly woman so rudely when she needed assistance. There are certain people that are not cut out to be in customer service and this woman is one of them.

Excellent customer service and easy to use their mailbox services. A much more personalized service than having a PO Box at US mail site. Ryan the manager greeted me by first name every time I came to the store.

Mary Beth had a whole store to herself with at least 12 customers. She work proficiently and fast. She was nice to everyone, and at one point was helping 2 people at the same time. Great employee you have there!!
