The bank needs to train the drive up teller young man, customer service. I pulled up to the window several minutes past 9 AM and was completely ignored by the young man for at least 5 minutes. When he opened the drawer to accept my transactions he never even grunted just took the transaction and processed and not even a thank you at end of transaction. I have been a loyal customer of this bank for over 20 years and have never been treated so rudely. I guess the bank no longer appreciates my business??

Great visit. Lorraine(does misspelling count?)Both she and the mew man, forgot his name spoke to me. Brain and Reese came out of there offices and spoke. Great bank. Spent a huge portion of my work life moving across the southeast and mid-Atlantic area. Read this very carefully: NO BANK ANYWHERE COMES NEAR THE SERVICE OF UNITED COMMUNITY! Always treat me great.PS I really like Blairsville.

I realized on Saturday that my Debit card would expire on Monday/chatted through the app w/Leslie who advised a new card had been mailed, but I hadn't received it. She advised me to the Myrtle Beach location to get a new card on Monday. I did and I was helped by an aboslute Customer Service Professional named Ms. Deronda Edwards. She was very kind, helpful, and perfectly efficient in listening and acting on my need. I left there with a smile and a new debit card. Thank you so much for being great at your job young lady, what started out as an inconvenience turned into an opportunity to meet a very fine young lady.
