I gave 2 stars because I really love the work of the esthetician, but I do not understand why they moved those services from a private room to the open, middle part of the store. I heard an associate talking about me and my hair while I was receiving services, which was inappropriate and rude, as well as other associates complaining about their job and tight work space. Going to Ulta use to be a pleasant experience, unfortunately it’s now the opposite because of the employees and lack of respect for customer privacy.

stylist there told me the color I wanted on my hair would not make a difference if a lightening treatment. I didn’t understand but I don’t do hair so I told the stylist I trusted her and we will go with how the test strand looks. At the end the hair looked nothing like the photo and the more I stared and thought about it the more unpleased I was, I called the store hoping there would be some sort of solution to be able to achieve the color I wanted. The manager was so rude and didn’t allow compensation or a consultation appointment to see what they can do. When I told the manager about the senario she interrupted me almost every time I spoke, she would not hear me out on what happened during my appointment and allowed no compensation and disregarded the fact the dye was still on my scalp ears and neck, and that it was nothing similar to the reference photo. She said because I put trust in the stylist to do the color there was no going back or redo. Employees there are great! And my previous Stylist have been incredible. Manager is rude and doesn’t listen to customers. Some people just aren’t meant for customer service

I’m a college student who went here with some friends back in April. My best friend has struggled with having a dry scalp/ dermatitis for a long time and we were shopping for shampoos. We walked in and immediately were helped and found the perfect one for her after she has spent 100s of dollars on trying different shampoos!! The staff here is extremely helpful and know their stuff!! Very grateful to have had this experience can’t wait to come back in September?❤️

I had a door dash at the coastal Grand Mall location and I'm not familiar with this store so I didn't know where anything was but the lady that was working her name was Reagan she was amazing she helped me with my whole order. She was very friendly!!

Horrible sales pitch from a woman wearing heavy makeup with short blonde hair. Very rude to me and my friends and would not let us smell the colognes before buying them.

My daughter used to shop at the store years ago that we had in our hometown. It was half the size of this one this one was the biggest I had ever been in. There was so many departments and so many products but I found what I was looking for I needed some bling for my hair. Half the stuff in there I don't really use but it had exactly The Bling I was looking for.

We were helped by Yesenia yesterday and OMG she is great!!! This girl deserves a raise and praise. She color matched my mom and I, and she got us makeup that was spot on! She also helped my sister get a moisturizer and foundation. My sister and i were translating for my mom and then she told us she was bilingual so she could explain as well. WOW!! Thank you for such great customer service . Next time we go in, we’ll make sure to ask for her assistance again. Definitely recommend!

I went in to buy a fragrance but even the testers were locked behind glass so I couldn’t even smell them..it would’ve been awkward to have someone have to unlock each case of a perfume I want to smell..I hate that they have resorted to that because of thieves, but they are also losing potential customers because of the hassle…

Had my color matched by the most beautiful blue eyed, bearded makeup specialist you could ever wish for. Extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Best experience I've ever had at an Ulta!

I just had the absolute best experience at this store. FAITH helped me find products and was absolutely amazing, helpful and took so much time with me. She gave me different options, keep trying various products until I was completely satisfied. Not only was Faith great, the lady who checked me out was super nice and the manager spoke to me while I was shopping. Great team!

The support was good but the stylist was not knowledgeable about coils. She is listed on the website as a specialist, but I had to walk her through each step. She was very nice and conversational- she even stopped styling my hair for 10 minutes to help another customer cut rubberbands out of her hair.
While I'm sure the stylist is adept with certain hair types, that was not the case with coils. This is partially my fault; I should have reviewed her Meta/FB page for past work instead of relying on her title and specialty profile.

So I had a funny and pleasant visit to Ulta. I was the first customer in the door. I was greeted with a smile. I went in for a particular thing. And with all the confidence in the world I asked the ladies about this product. They both looked at each other and said"huh" I repeated myself and again got the same response. Well, I had renamed the product. Which was "baby foot" but I thought "pretty feet" must have sounded better. Lol. I do love this Ulta!

I absolutely love this Ulta, I had a great experience with a girl name Kea, she was extremely knowledgeable on all the products and took time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. She helped make my experience the best as well, I look great with my new product thanks Ulta ?
