I was able to find Jackson Turner Vaught Accounting online and from there, his office staff and himself where every bit as helpful as his prior reviews indicated. The staff where always eager to help me out with any questions. Jackson, himself showed me how to save money on my taxes which I appreciated. I will definitely be a client of his from now on. The worse accountant firm I ever dealt with totally incompetent. I was scheduled for a phone call to talk to Mr Turner to discuss my file as my first introduction to the firm; he forgot to call me. I never was able to talk to an accountant until today 9 April 2024. They had my file for 6 weeks and 3 weeks prior to tax date they contact me each week to tell me they can't read a certain document so 3 times I go there to provide another copy of my document of choice that week. Tonight when I finally got a phone call from Mr Turner, I calmly told him of all the trouble I have had with his company. His response to me was I wasn't a nice person and he wasn't going to do my taxes! I am floored by the unprofessionalism of this firm. I have a MS in Engineering and have worked in DC for 36 years and have never seen such incompetence! I never had any issues with my previous account who I used for 16 years. Please head my warning on this accounting firm!

Jackson and Abigail are fantastic. I normally do my taxes myself, but due to several moves across multiple states I decided to let them handle it this year. They were fast, efficient, and got me a great refund! Can't recommend Turner Vaught enough!!!!
