This place is the pits. What's confusing is these 5⭐ ratings I'm seeing, because a zero is more accurate!!! They are rude!!! Almost like they are being controlled or something. It's terrible. My family and I had a few things to buy but when my mom spoke to the dark skinned lady, the lady rolled her eyes at my mom. ? I'm like let's go!! I will never shop any of their stores. The guy at the register was even worst.

Good variety. Good sales. Sone things are over priced. Toy my son bought broke within 24 hrs. They don't do returns or exchanges.

Large inventory of products for the beach, pool, outside, etc. Customer service / attitude of the workers were very poor, I'd recommend finding somewhere else to shop.

The tsunami beach surf shop is my go-to every time I go to Myrtle Beach. This is my second year shopping here. There are so many things you can purchase here. I tried to provide as many pictures as I could, but I'm sure you get what the tsunami store is all about. Beach wear, shirts, shorts, summer clothes, winter clothes " sweatshirts and hoodies, beach toys , boogie boards , skateboards and much more. Make sure to grab those coupon books that are in every hotel lobby and supermarkets. There is always a coupon for the tsunami surf shop. The coupon is only good for regular price items

Got what we needed, but the check out lady clearly hated her life. So disturbing that we felt the need to review this place. So many people needing jobs. This lady should find something that doesn’t make her so miserable. Hope she gets the help she needs.

the person checking us out was taking something off the bill we didnt want and instead of taking it off she, she took off half of the price of the item we didnt want to get. and then proceeded to get religious after we called her out for doing something wrong saying "God is my witness". and then proceeded to follow us out of the store yelling at us.

Terrible experience. It’s shocking that they would treat people so rudely and downright nasty, like it was such an inconvenience to answer a question. Walked out without buying a thing.

A little boy came to the resister excited to ask about a surf board and the lady at the register ignored him and basically dismissed him, I told the boy go ahead ask your question it’s no bro Lem and she didn’t listed to him or take him seriously and hmjust said I don’t know. When we came in the skate board we’re on sale so I helped my 7 year old pick one out he stood on them a bit and it rolled a little , she all but grabbed him off it. I didn’t speak to her, I was in the process of explaining to my son that the board could be used just tested. He confirmed he wanted it and we went on. She was a real peach. Ruined the visit. If she is miserable and does not like tourist get in the back!

My family and I have been coming to this store for years. After the way the woman (an older lady, about 5' tall,maybe weighed 90 lbs) behind the counter acted to several customers today, I will not be spending money in this store ever again. It's not okay to scream at customers because your employees mispriced items. It's okay though because I walked down to Wings and spent 320 dollars there. And got treated with nothing but respect.
