In this day & age does Great Customer Service still around or is it your just a # and how much did we make? At age 72 I could write a book on my business journeys - however when a business knows I notice, and appreciates there way of doing business they deserve my sincere appreciation to superior customer service.
Was recommended highly by Geico to Truett Collision Center. From walking in to a warm welcome and handshake I met Mr. Ken Davis, Sally and Thomas Truett himself, all information on my collision was received earlier and they even had Enterprise Rental Car waiting for my wife and I. The end result my 2014 Chrysler 300 came out like brand new with quality repair and paint service. I thank each and everyone of you for having pride in your work as professionals and doing such a great job! This is the result why Thomas Truett Owner having a deserved business reputation & testimony thru out his business career years.

I have to say that going to an auto body repair is usually not a good experience due to the fact that it’s costing $$ because of negligence on my part or someone else’s. In this case it was my fault and I wasn’t happy because of an unexpected expense that we didn't need (who does?) but these folks were awesome.
Ken Davis did the best he could to make it as easy as possible and as convenient as possible by being able to leave my tailgate there so I could have use of my truck. He and the staff had an awesome attitude and were great to work with. While fixing the original issue he had some other dings repaired as well all within the cost he originally had quoted. I couldn’t be more happier with the service and the paint job. Looks great

From start to finish, we were treated great & my car looks brand new! Speed of repairs was amazing! Even after I picked up my car from being done with repairs, I got home & noticed one of my lights weren't working, I called Truett's & they said bring it back, took back & they had the issue fixed in about 10mins. Really pleased & especially love how the workers even straighten out my front plate/ tag & put it back on my car! Will recommend!

This family owned business is by far the best in horry county. Not only do their prices out beat all their competitors. they are so friendly and really go above and beyond to help with all your needs. Definitely recommend truett to anyone looking to have repairs done right and in a timely manner.

I had such a excellent experience here. I called them several times to figure out the progress, both Susan and the guy (which I cant remember his name now) were pleasant and made sure they made me feel like i was a priority to them. The work look amazing and even though there was more damage than anticipated on the initial quote. They made sure they contacted me and kepts me up to date. Hopefully late tike i need them, but if I need them again they are hands down my preferred choice! Thank you to Susan and wveryone at Truetts for their professionalism and great communication.

Horrible customer service, my daughter’s car looks like I painted it at home color doesn’t match. Tried to call and get updates and let’s just say that made it like I was a burden. Stay far away, Evans collision in socastee is the place you should go….

Rude customer service. Manager is no better and does not care about the customer, only the dollar. His way or the highway. Go to Kaliber collision, much, much better.
