Showed up @ this home depot store yesterday. WOW no know wanted to help a person with handy cap issues. I has to ask 2people , 1 did not want to do anything, the 2nd did load a pieceof plywood to the cart. This man did do what he said. Once@ self check out, the attendant said this plywood does not havebar code on it. She had glasses on, but did not see the 2 bard codesin yellow on 1 end. I did not have my glasses on but I had to showher the bar code to check out. I asked for someone to come loadthis plywood on my truck. Then the nightmare begun. She the self checkout lady called a African women came to ask, do you need help loading this plywood.Small frame lady about 5'5 foot tall ask again same question.So one the 2nd time she asked, I said again a needed help loading onmy truck but a little firmer. She pulled out the RACE CARD, then saidI can't deal with you I will get the manger. 1st place she could not have loaded this plywood because she couldn't because it was to heaven.Moreover, I said to the self checkout lady, I need help with loading.The African lady said, the self check out didn't say that to me. ( LIE ) At this point, I said Time for a refund I will go to LOWES home improvement.These people will help a disabled person. African lady was just being RACISTto a disabled person. As I went to get a refund, I noticed a young man coming in the door, who I asked can you help me load this plywood. He said SURE will. So i didn't want to waste more of my time. The young man went to my truck, I said I'm not able to do this can you do anyway?A customer heard , and said he would give the young man a hand and made it happen. Back when I said the African lady wasn't able to do it. Yeah it took 2 strong men to do it. In this store, more then once it seamed, people just want to do the least to Get a Lunch check. What happen yesterday, will not ever happen again.I'd be happy to spend those $1000's elsewhere.Stay away from this Store. never BACK spending customer

Much better than Lowes. The staff seemed to know more and be more helpful and pleasant. Great selection of products with reasonable prices.

I ordered a TriVantage Multi-Functional 3 Burner Propane Gas Drill, and I went to the store on 3/31/2023 to pick it up.I went to the customer service desk and provided my email with the order number and my driver's license and the male employee brought out my grill which was not assembled as I had ordered as I had specified when I ordered the grill online. The employee got his supervisor who seemed to not care that there was the issue regarding the grill not being assembled.I asked her what could be done since I wasn't happy regarding this issue, and I was told it would take several days to have it assembled and I would have to come back to pick it up.I explained that I had driven to the store to pick up the drill that I had ordered online and due to a mistake that I would have to wait several more days and also I would have to drive back to the store and pick up my drill which was asinine to me and then I asked for the grill to be delivered as that would be convenient for me and I was told that it would cost $75.00 dollars.I told the female supervisor that I was not paying an additional fee due to the store's mistake and why would they not deliver my grill, and I was told again that OI had to pay the additional $ 75.00 dollars to which I then replied I would not and then I canceled the order!I am one unhappy customer, and I will not shop at this Home Depot store in the future and I would not recommend this store to any other customers!I will be contacting the corporate office since this store and management didn't provide the customer service to me and didn't attempt to resolve the issues that I had a as customer!

Ordered LG appliances- refrigerator, over the stove microwave, and gas range. Paid for and delivery set. Delivery day arrived, immediately upon their arrival the excuses started. 1. We aren't going to make that turn in stairs.2. Three "F" bombs. Glad my daughter wasn't home to hear this.3. Only way to get refrigerator in house is if you sign a waiver.Now they were paid $90.00 to take old stove and refrigerator under the house ( raised beach house)1-800 number was even worse ( delivery company)They sent me to LG and the lady there I couldn't understand what she was saying (heavy Indian accent) she hung up on me.Called 800 # again, Mary suggested that they would redeliver and bring microwave and gas range in house, but the refrigerator would stay at bottom of stairs and I would have to hire someone else to get it in the house and install. Home Depot seems to be siding with delivery drivers !!!! I am throughly disgusted with Home Depot and the delivery company. Our sales person wasn't much help either, and she was told where we live and we had a raised beach house, seemed no problem six days ago when the payment was made in full.Calling Corporate tomorrow, see where that gets me. Now off to order appliances from a company that hires delivery people that want to work instead of giving excuses.No attempt was ever made to get refrigerator in house.

i ordered and received a toilet after 9 days waiting. i paid $190.00 for the install to be done by ars on 8/23. no sign of them. i called their place of business. i have no idea what the "heck" is going on and apparently neither do they. home depot screwed this one up. ars will be out 8/24 so they tell me. hd had messed up the delivery date and therefore the install date was put on "hold." the toilet sits in my living room. hd never contacted me at all to let me know what happened. had i not dug into this issue this morning, hd would have had my money on my hd credit card and i guess i could have decorated the toilet for christmas in my living room. disgusted? you bet!

It's 8 am...and the gates to the outdoor garden area still locked...picking up bags of rock and patio blocks....damn. Oh wait! 8:10 am, the gates are open! Then, this 60 year old woman at the check out asked if I needed assistance loading my truck! Well, that was very nice but I'll be damned if I say yes to a 60 year old woman to that request. (Sure honey, what don't you just toss those bags of rock up into my lifted truck...and do it quickly! I'm on a time schedule.) lol. Great staff!!

Paid $35 to have our house measured for new engineered hardwood floors, had to arrange for person to come measure, went through everything only to be told a week later that they can't get the "T-Molding " for the floor we chose so they couldn't do anything else for us. Delayed everything about moving into our new home by 1 month due to corporate incompetence and when we confronted them we were barely giving an apology and no refund!! F Home Depot

You know everyone goes to either Lowe's or Home Depot, at one point or another! But I had an experience in Hone Depot worth crowing about! We were looking at flooring! No less than three people came up to us to see if we needed assistance, or had any questions!! We said no, but a few minutes later we did!!! An associate named Brett answered all our questions! Then he summoned Lynn who was in that department! Both were super!! No!!! Really super! While we were ordering the flooring with Lynn, Brett went to the front to get a cart! He loaded the cart, and accompanied us to our SUV! Then, another guy named Ken came over, and the two of them carefully loaded our vehicle with the flooring! Super super super service!!! Thanks so much!

I bought this online at #homedepot.com for a birthday present. #UPS delivered the box. It was wet, broken, damaged, you name it. This is not the first time I have an issue with #home depot online order delivery. I paid regular price for a brand new item that was all scratched, damage, bent, etc. Called customer service. They cared less about what happened. I had to suggest how to better service customers. Be careful with #homedepot deliveries #UPS.

I had a brand new refrigerator delivered Friday. The ice maker does not work. When I called Saturday to inquire about help, they said they will send someone the next Saturday. One week without ice maker on a brand new $1800 appliance One week! I think it’s unprofessional.

Very disappointed. Ordered a washer and dryer from the Myrtle Beach store. I allowed the salesperson to add all the accessories he said were neccessary to hook up the appliances. The delivery teamed failed to bring a dryer cord longer enough to reach the dedicated outlet. The delivery guy was shocked when I refused to accept the appliances. They are of no value to me if I can not use them. I do not know who was at fault for only bringing short cords, nor do I care. I cancelled the order and purchased another set from Lowe's within the hour. Unfortunately, I will be spending part of today in a laudramat because I have now been without a washer for over a week and it will be another five days until I can be home again to meet the new delivery people. I am not happy with Home Depot, at all.
