I had the BEST experience ever! Phillip was ready to do what he could to assure I left the lot with a vehicle. Definitely will be back and HIGHLY recommend if you're in need of a vehicle to reach out.

Willam and his business is amazing!! while i did not purchase a vehicle with him just because i found something else that peaked my interest. he explained everything he could, showed me everything about the vehicle we were looking at and even threw in a few more offers. he also stayed late just so i could look at the car before i looked at the other one i purchased. I appreciate his honesty, integrity, and kindness. if we ever need another vehicle he is our first stop. i don’t believe you can go wrong at this place. he’ll take care of new customers and prior ones.

I bought a car on March 22nd from them. I was told that the registration, tags and title would be sent to me in the mail. They gave me a temporary plate and registration. Now it is May still no plate. The temporary registration and tag has expired. My title just came in May after the expired tag. I went to the DMV and they said that this dealer sent my paperwork over at the end of the 45 day grace period all I can do is wait. No one answering their phone when I call. I will be filing a complaint with the state of SC complaint systems for dealers. I can not even drive my car because of them. Update 05/17/24 Was able to pick up my tag and registration from the DMV (way late) But did not have to pay anything to get it. The car they sold me is fine and runs fine just minor cosmetic issues that's it nothing too big.

*UPDATE 11/07/23 Will has the truck and it still isn't running* I am going to see him in person today to try and recover some of what we paid for the truck. This review is on-going-read completely. The rating isn't final. I found a Ford F250 powerstroke 7.3 diesel 4x4 here; those are hard to find and usually don't last long. There was some body damage and the Carfax showed an accident w/ functional damage on the passenger front, which appeared to have been decently repaired. The interior is in very decent condition. Overall not a bad looking truck. There were some oil leaks, which we expected. The salesman and owner, Will Ainsworth, has been very professional so far and seemed to be forthcoming with what he knew about the truck. We purchased the truck after test driving it and all seemed well. The day after we got it home there were a few issues that started. The oil leaks became more noticeable, but that may just be an oversight on my part. The biggest issue was that the truck would not start. I replaced a starter relay and the truck started a couple of times. From that point the truck will not crank consistently. At one point after a short drive, upon turning the ignition off, a loud noise from the passenger side started and smoke began pouring out from under the hood and there was a strong electrical burning smell. My son and I disconnected the batteries to prevent any further damage. After contacting Will, the owner of the dealership, we had the truck towed to his lot. The culprit for the smoky failure was determined to have been the starter, which Will's mechanics replaced for $220. The truck started and was driven home. The next day, even with the new starter, the same issue is occurring. The truck will not start and the new starter is getting very hot. Will has been contacted again and we are taking the truck back to him very soon. He has agreed to look at the starter circuit again. He has been very polite and professional so far and has assured my son and I that it is a "good truck", which I believe for the most part and that "we will get this fixed".After looking at the starter and wiring Will's mechanic seems to think that there was a bad ground and said he fixed that issue. However the truck still starts intermittently and we recently placed the ignition key lock. We will see going forward how much that helps. So on April 26th the truck shut down in traffic. It would not start back although the wait to start light was on. It appears to be a fuel pump possibly but we had to have the truck towed back to Triple A Auto Sales....Fast forward to July...the truck still isn't running consistently but we are getting closer I think. We have been to a diesel mechanic at Eastern Diesel and diagnosed a few more problems so here's the list so far: new starter, new fuel pump and Will's mechanics did the work; very gracious on the labor cost, $600+ to Eastern Diesel for diagnosis and IPR valve, $350 for a remanufactured central junction box and $200 for a repaired instrument cluster circuit board self-installed...and the truck still cuts off randomly. The trouble codes are random at times and sometimes clear up temporarily. So far we have towed the truck to Triple A three times for over $300 total. Will at Triple A has been very polite and professional always. I know we ALL are getting annoyed with the vehicle but Will hasn't blown us off yet. He has said each time that he is sorry that we are having these issues with the truck and seems to genuinely want to get it fixed for us. It still doesn't run and drive reliably and Will has had the truck for a week now, as of 7/18. My son and I are optimistic and still hoping for the best.

I wanted to check out this truck from market place and I never seen a front end picture on marketplace so I went to check it out anyways. I got there and the truck is wrecked in the front. All they did was put side shots and back pics of the trucks. The truck was wreck and leaking serious oil from the transfer case. Never would suggest doing business with this liars. They said it was all good to me and also they have set at blue book value when it is not even worth the value. Then the guy Phil had the nerve to say that it is a good truck. I guess he didn’t think I would see a wrecked front end and then me as a mechanic wanting to look under the truck. Then to see oil everywhere. Their cars are way to over priced for the junk the have sitting on the lot to begin with.

Well foremost they sold me a lemon not knowing it at all until my husband said something to me. As soon as I was waiting for traffic the vehicle turns off and it had no a/c. Cranked it up as soon as I could and cranked it up it turns on again and took it home . A month later the vehicle starts overheating so my husband puts water in it and it worked for a few days than it starts leaking oil and had the motor bone dry. Went to a mechanic and told us it was wrecked in the back. During the time that I had it all it was constant problems. They wanted $7,000 for a gmc envoy 2002 with over 350 thousand miles on it when I saw a Denali GMC 3 years newer and only had 125 thousand miles on it and it was like brand new from inside to the out and was only $4,500. And to put icing on the cake when my husband went to the car lot to get our property out of the car he realized that someone else had been in our vehicle already. ALL of our stuff was everywhere and yet the car lot wouldn't tell us who was the towing company that came and got the vehicle. So is this shady or what? I would never buy a car from them ever again.

Phillip, the manager, is a great guy, and really took care of us. He's been in the biz for a long time, and is a great resource for used cars. Go see him. If he doesn't have what you are looking for, he'll help you find it! They also do mechanical work there too.
