I called in a jam for a toy and the guy I spoke with was super helpful. He got the package out right after I called him and suggested a way to ship it to cost less. I am super grateful for their hard work and looking forward to visit them once we take a vacation to Myrtle Beach!!!

Customer service went above and beyond. We bought a toy and a small pack of batteries. The toy didn't work so we brought it back in to exchange and tried it in the store before we left. It still didn't work so the guy opened another pack of batteries and tried them. When the toy worked with the new batteries he then went above and secured the battery door with the screw for me; which was extremely helpful since we're in vacation and don't have a screwdriver. The toy selection was wonderful and the prices seemed really reasonable. We will definitely be back if we vacation here again.

Fun selection of things to look at. Clean set up and clean wide aisles. I just can't comment any further on just how crazy prices are. It's very much a tourist trap for unaware grandparents.These are the types of stores that give Lego a bad rap for pricing. A typical $7.99 set costs anywhere from $14.99 to $19.99.Doesn't matter. We came, we saw, we left.
