We visited on a wednesday night around nine o'clock and the store wasn't overly crowded. Huge selection of tourists paraphernalia such as t shirts, tumblers, coolers, souvenirs.
Spacious inside to accommodate a lot of tourists, well laid out. They had some hilarious t-shirts as always. We didn't have any interaction with the staff.
Not sure about restrooms. Wide entrance and isles make navigating a WC less difficult. I did notice a lot of condensation coming from one of the ceiling air vents that was dripping straight onto a stack of t shirts.
Overall it is a eally it's a great souvenir shop to stop in.

I just left here from buying 2 shirts. I don't recall the cashier speaking. I spoke twice, just rude and bad customer service

The costumer service was terrible the lady at the cash register was rude. I asked her a question about the necklace if they had to adjust the necklace or do I, I asked one time and she was like say what? In a rude way then I repeated it again and as soon as I left she looked at her co worker like if I was dumb or something. Just the worst costumer service so rude

My 15 year old son & I stopped in last night. We sat for over 5 mins without anyone greeting us. Finally the bartender noticed we was starting to look a little impatient. So he went and said something to the girl an boy that were just talking an laughing by the server station. Still nothing. 2-3 more mins go by, young woman comes over to us. We finally ordered. My sons burger was amazing( had bbq and an onion ring not sure name) my philly steak was hard and took me 2-3 mins to chew each bite! Just chewed and chewed and chewed. Do not recommend it at all :(Place “looks” neat, but because they automatically add 18% tip on your check, NO MATTER how many ppl, i feel is why she didnt care and gave us the bare min of service. Definitely wont come back. So many other places to try!

Tiki Jim's has been a staple for us for over 10 years. Exceptional gifts and Life is good products. Souvenirs and fun items to spark a conversation when people visit your home. Plush toys and drinking hardware for good times. Great place to take your kids or do some birthday or holiday shopping.

So I’m giving this store 2 stars cause it was clean and organized! However I paid $52 for a hoodie (Jeep) for the pocket in the front to be crooked. Also the staff never spoke to my husband and I while checking out since they were too busy gossiping about another employee.

Tiki Jims is our go-to and has been for years- everything inside is and has always been clean, organized, and the store just looks awesome. Employees have never been pleasant but we have realized no one at Broadway at the Beach is. We have been customers for years, if you scan the coupon books you should be able to find a 10% off deal. Overall a great place to stop by, the best t-shirt place in town.

Tiki Jim's of Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach is a great place to go for cool tshirts and much more. I really like the selection that they have available here and have got many gifts for those on my gift list here. Cool place.
