I hesitate to to leave a bad review, because I really like my actual doctor at Tidelands, when I can actually see him. The thing is, if you ever need ANYTHING outside of an actual face-to-face visit with your doctor, then steer clear of Tidelands. Messages are rarely returned, and the phone is very rarely answered. Need a prescription refill called in to your pharmacy? Good luck.

This is truly the best team of doctors that I have seen. They listen, not just throw pills at you.

I've been living here in horry/Georgetown area for 35 years. I have used tidelands for my medical needs and am Very upset that I was just on hold for 30 minutes just to schedule a mammogram. Ridiculous , absolutely Ridiculous. Hire more people!!!!! As patients our time is important too. This area is experiencing some Horrible "Growing pains" and your patients are suffering because of it. No one should have to sit on hold , with their calendar in one hand and their Insurance cards in the other waiting to schedule an appointment!!! And then be given an appointment 2 months later!! Fix this problem, people need medical care and having to wait 2 months for a medical test is absolutely shameful!!! Put patients Over Profit!!

Dr. Brazee is a great doctor. You’re treated as a patient not a number! He’s been my PCP for years because he genuinely cares!

My husband sees Dr. Brazee. Dr. Brazee is thorough, listens, doesn't rush, and has provided my husband with great care for 4 years. When we moved here from Maryland, we were concerned about finding a good family doctor who could coordinate care with our cardiologist because my husband is a heart patient. We have not been disappointed with the staff at this location.

I have been a patient at Tidelands Health Family Medicine for more than 8 years. I have always found the professionals in this practice to be kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Neal Lilly is my PCP and I am very happy with the insights and level of care he provides.

Getting your prescriptions filled thru patient portal is impossible. Give 24 HR notice and drug store doesn't receive verifications. Still have to call office

I really enjoy this office. I’ve never had to wait too long, they are very professional, and I always feel like they listen to me. I have been going to this office for five years now.

Today was my 86 yr old mothers first appt with Dr Zanone and she did not disappoint. She listened to ‘ALL’ of my concerns, and responded positively with action. She was professional, caring and attentive and I could not be happier that I may finally have found a doctor for my mother and get to the bottom of her health problems!! ?

Tidelands Health and Dr. Brown have made me feel like I am listened to and that my health is important to them. I would and do recommend them to all my family and friends.

I've been a patient at Tidelands in Socastee (Dick Pond Road) for several years and absolutely loved Neil Lilly & the courteous staff until my recent visit on 7/19/23. I have been trying to get clarification on one of my prescriptions for over a week and have received different answers and no follow through from the office staff. The office staff was the RUDEST, ANTAGONISTIC and UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever encountered in any doctors office EVER. I was cut off several times trying to explain things that were not in their "notes" but they were not interested in hearing it. I was accused of NOT SHOWING UP for a physical and lab appointment when I HAD CANCELLED my appointments 2 weeks ahead of time. The inference was that I was irresponsible and created this issue, not them. They also ganged up on me with one office worker glaring at me, making faces and trying to provoke me into a fight. My guess is she had nothing better to do with her time. I"m switching offices immediately. I have more respect for myself thant to deal with such ignorance and nastiness. ALL 3 of the women working there were rude and confrontational. I will miss Mr. Lilly. He's been wonderful. However, I refuse to put myself in this position again. They SHOULD ALL BE FIRED. I can already forsee there will be plenty of future complaints about them. Sad that Dr. Offices must be so desparate for help that they would hire people like them. I felt like I was in a pack of wild hyenas. Best of Luck to the Doctors

My wife has been to this location twice both times. The physicians assistant advised that she would be calling in medication. However, the insurance needs a pre-authorization form, which still has not been filled out yet. You can never get anyone on the phone or get a callback. When you tell them that their physicians assistant is not located on the Healow app they look at you stupid like what do you want me to do about it. My wife has debilitating migraines to the point where it makes her sick to her stomach just last week. The PA advised she would be prescribing Zofran for nausea because of the amount of ibuprofen. She is eating to try and keep the migraines at bay. She was also so supposed to hear from multiple other providers and specialist, who still have yet to call and set up an appointment for her. We moved here and are just trying to get. Established but this is the most cumbersome process I have ever been through. Next year we will be changing our insurance, so that we do not have to deal with tidelands health again.
