Made an appointment with Vanessa to have my roots colored. Being new to the area, I came to this Salon as they use Redken color. I brought the formula from my old salon. Vanessa told me that my formula wouldn't work and told me she would use another formula (I needed an 8 and she wanted to use a 7). Turned out they just didn't have 8 in stock! She was actually rude about the whole thing. I know enough about color to know that she would have ruined my hair. Run, don't walk from this place - at least Vanessa - she doesn't have a clue what she is doing!

What’s not to love about The Hair Strand, from the time you walk in it’s all smiles. They treat you as if your part of a family, I love it. Ari is sweet and an absolute joy to be around. We chat and laugh a lot it’s great. Of course she does my hair exactly as I want it.
