Very disappointed. Had been a loyal customer of both the MB & Pawleys Island stores. They have outsourced their pizzas which used to be made in store and kept the price high however they are not fresh / frozen and are a far cry from what they used to have. Basically just an overpriced grocery store now, very disappointed as I don’t mind paying more for quality.

I am a FAN! I have to say- they have a legit bakery. I tried the Creme Brule ($4.99) and wow- it was better than some I have had in restaurants; they even do the crusted top right when you buy it! So, fancy. The other highlight was finding my ginger squeeze juice that Lowes and Food Lion both didn't have, it costs $15 on amazing, and I found it here! Was SO happy. Sandy was wonderful in helping me with finding those and holding them for me. They also had really random things like oyster Rockefeller, handmade crab cakes, sushi and handmade gourmet burgers that I got. Honestly EVERY single person that helped me- at the meat dept, the seafood and bakery were all so helpful and kind, patient and in good moods. Was a great experience. It's not the "cheapest store" but they have great quality, and I would say worth the difference. Highly recommend, will be back.

I shop there all the time 3 times a week or more
The nasty attitude I encountered was so disrespectful all because they had limited power..Maybe they should have stayed home instead of going in to work and be rude and have the audacity make smart remarks to me that were totally uncalled for.They have definitely lost a loyal customer!

My favourite food go too in Myrtle Beach. Grab a good filter roast filter coffee on the way in and collect the essentials in life. Always impressed. Back soon.

I purposely drove an extra 15 minutes past NMB Publix to buy a Prime Choice Rib at Fresh Market for my mother’s 90th birthday. In all my years of cooking, it was the worst cut of meat I’ve ever had! It was tough. It had gristle so tough, I could hardly cut through it. It’s not the $100 that bothers me (it does) as much as having a horrible meal for a milestone birthday dinner.

They used to have fresh pizzas that were soo good,hence "Fresh Market" . Most of the items are overpriced unless you catch a sale.Most employees are friendly,but the lady at the deli was very short and appeared a bit rude.Back to the pizzas,they are selling a few varieties of pre- made pizzas ,but are definitely not made in the store.I don't know where they get them,but don't even bother to even get them on sale.They are cardboard gross.

On Wednesday of this week I purchased broccoli salad from the deli. It cost $6.23. Without hesitation this is the worst broccoli salad I have ever had. It had no broccoli florets at all and was made primarily with the stems of the broccoli (white). It has no sauce on it whatsoever. No taste at all. Very disappointed, as I was told how great their deli salads are. Will never make that mistake again. This was at the store in myrtle beach in the shopping center with food lion around 72nd Avenue.

They literally sell the same brands as Kroger, but charge you double! Nothing upscale about that - doesn't make the food you sell taste better. Avoiding this chain.

The Fresh Market is a large, upscale grocery offering high quality produce, seafood , meat as well as many unusual food items.
While they are not inexpensive, they are exceedingly good quality. They also have specials (ie Tuesday chopped meat and boneless breasts). They offer their own discount member card that can save quite a bit of money and is well worth signing up for.
Overall this won't be most people's go-to store, but you will be a regular customer.

Just read a review below about their bakery department and I have to chime in and say that my experience was very different. The two female employees working around noon today (May 27th, Memorial Day) were awesome. The younger lady helped me pick out a cake for my daughter’s birthday. The other lady working chit chatted with me and I found out that she had just put out some amazing looking cannolis that she made herself. I had to grab one. She told me to let her know if they were good. I wish I had gotten her name to let her know that they are beyond good. They’re even better than my cannolis from my usual spot. Amazing.

The pizza was very good and the store employees are nice. The store itself is awesome. Do not order pizza through Uber eats! They will not cancel your order and will not refund you. Everybody wants to make sure they get their money because that's what it's all about right? I'm very disappointed in how our situation was handled by Uber.
