Staff on phones not really helping. Store is a mess. Floors not done in weeks, clothes on floor, hangers, trash. I am a manager of a major Autoparts store, I would be fired for a mess like this. 30 min would be in great shape. No cell phones.

I went into the store with two pairs of shorts no receipt they still had tags never worn. I expected to get store credit off what I purchased that day but was told it will come off my statement on my childrens place credit card. Meanwhile I've had to dispute this money I never got credited for and the store got my two pairs of Jean shorts and put them back on the rack to sell same day. I went back in there and spoke to another employee and was informed that they should have given me store credit what the first lady did was not correct. On tops of having to dispute this and wait 90 days all I got was sorry they did this nothing else very upset with the way this was handled I also called the store and got the 1800 number to childrens place can't get to the head person because the people that answer the calls are foreign and don't understand me. I have also asked for a phone number to the district manager nobody could give me that neither. As much money as I spend in this store I think I'm going to close my account out and start shopping elsewhere for my daughter. This is not right the way I was treated.

I have been shopping at Children's place for almost 10 years. Went into this store due to the closest one at the outlet going out of business. Store was dirty and so out of place. Very limited on what they carried and small crampy store to shove so much in. Cashier (pericings all over her face) was rude, she acted like she hated life and didn't want to be at work. For a children's store I expect someone a little bit more friendlier then she was. Extremely disappointed and feel like this company is going down hill fast.

Extremely disappointed! I do not live near a Children's Place, and usually purchase online. We were going to be on vacation and ten minutes from a store. I had place cash that was going to expire, and I didn't want to have a package sitting on our steps for a week while we were out of town. So I placed my order online to be delivered to this store. Two days before we were scheduled to leave I received an email stating my package delivery dates had been changed. The package would now be delivered 2 days after we left, when I would be 3.5 hours away. On our last day in Myrtle Beach I explained this to the store manager and asked if I could just take the items I had purchased off the shelves, since the shipping was delayed, and when the items came in they could restock their shelves with those items. She said no that I would have to purchase the items in-store, which would've been $20 more because I had spent my place cash, and wait for a refund through the site about two weeks from now. This made no sense to me! The manager gave no apology and showed no sympathy, just a that's the way it is. We have nothing to do with shipping. I have nothing to do with shipping either!!! So my package was not delivered on time, I came home empty handed, lost my $20 place cash, and am extremely upset about the apathy of the manager! If I ever purchase from Children's Place again, it will definitely not be from that store! 0 out of 5 stars!

I didn't get their names but the 2 females working were super friendly and helpful. Very welcoming with great customer service. Made our shopping experience quick and easy : )
