If I had 0 stars I would give it, terrible, everything was pessimistic, service, I spent 4 hours there and they didn't solve the problem with my lines, I lost my day's work, inside a store, the people who work in these stores don't even know what they're doing there, without a solution I had to leave, and I won't be back, I'll be changing to a another company that is more competent.

Awesome location and manager, assistant manager. Listening to my needs, pricing and new iPhone setup, . This is my second time up grading my family IPhones in 4 years.

I had a great experience at this store with specifically with Jay, Adam & Gage. I came in Memorial Day morning with such an annoying issue that I was put into by switching over my service online. I explain it to them and with no problems at all, they each had a part in getting mine & my daughters service straightened out. What’s best is that they ended up saving me $100 a month plus extra savings than the T-Mobile rep said over the phone. (that was crazy to me) Anyway , I say all that to say this.. these guys are definitely trustworthy & good dudes.. Be nice to them! ✌️?

Bessy, Jay and mostly Gage was so helpfully with switching me over to T-mobile. They should be making double whatever they are now. They are very knowledgable about every product. I will definitely be recommending my friends to T-Mobile.

The employees at T-Mobile Coastal Grand Mall were very helpful! I went in just to ask some questions and ended up walking out with new phones and Apple Watches thanks to their great deals (which were definitely better than AT&T).
However, the data transfer process took a very long time (over 3 hours) because the store seemed to be lacking some necessary equipment. This could definitely be improved.
Overall, the service was friendly and the deals were good, but be prepared for a potentially long wait if you need data transferred

One of the best T-Mobile stores that I've ever visited. Gage and Maricarla helped me from start to finish, helped me set up everything and assured me they were there to help for literally anything that I needed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
