My experience was terrible because of a young lady racially profiling myself and my daughter. There were a few people in the store who weren't black. However, she chose to stand 5 ft away from us just staring and didn't bother to even ask if we needed help. This was on September 2nd at about 3pm.
It was my daughter's birthday, and she was excited about going to this particular store since she looked it up and really wanted to get the whipped soap and some of the perfume. For that reason, I still made the purchase but had to explain to my daughter that normally I wouldn't shop at a store that treats us that way and also that we did nothing to deserve that. It was a traumatizing and unhealthy experience for my daughter. She was truly disturbed and couldn't understand what we did to deserve such behavior from a store associate.
There was just 1 young lady in the store that day, she was very obvious, and seemed as though she intentionally wanted us to feel uncomfortable, like maybe she would have felt better if we just left. She could have at least disguised the profiling with questions to at least make it seem like she wanted to help.

Their lotion is the absolute best. A little goes a long way and it feels so smooth. Sadly they don't carry the larger sizes they used to :( I'm not interested in buying a smaller container for a couple bucks more than what the big one was 2 years ago.

The girls working today were so nice and interactive with my little girl. They helped her make a candle to take home and helped her pick out a bath bomb. They also wrapped up our candle nicely for our trip home.

I wish I could give this place a zero rating because that's what they deserve. I purchased the Salt and Lime Scrub from the Concord Mills location over a ago. The owner was telling me that their products were all natural which is what I loved most about the line. I loved that the salt scrubs only had 4 ingredients. I went back to buy more Scrub last fall but that location had closed. I was told to go to the Durham NC store. I live in W- S so now I'm driving out my way again to get this. Once at the Durham store I find out that they do not even carry the salt Scrub. The lady working had never seen or heard of it. So now I have to order it. I ordered 3 jars paid $11 shipping. Upon arrival all three are HARD as ROCKS! I can not get anything out. Two of them have about 30 ingredients of which I can not even pronounce. I have sent several emails and called multiple times but the number doesn't work. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THE BUSINESS AGAIN!!! You lost a good customer

Absolutely terrible customer service. I just left this store due to how rude the employee was. I picked up a candle box to see how the candle was packaged because I wanted to buy 25 for a group party. She yelled at me because I didn't "close the lid" correctly even though I did. She yanked it from my hands.I will never shop here. Their quality is also very unimpressive.
