We went in when it was slower so we had plenty of time to look and choose. Richard was so helpful. He answered questions and was extremely cheerful and joked with us. He made sure we were happy with the bed and everything that came with it. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us pick out a bed!

Our salesperson couldn't have been more helpful. She made me aware that in our particular circumstance our warranty could be used to help us. We purchased a new sheet set, which by the way, are the best sheetsI have ever owned. The lyocell sheets are great.We then called customer service and they are replacing everything that we need at no cost to us. Great company.

We purchased they said top of the line bed- it was very uncomfortable to sleep on we tried different positions and numbers - they had to replace the air chamber after the first night - we tried everything but was waking up hurting- they finally picked the bed up and charged around $1,000 dollars restocking and shipping fees this is a rip off

I was a skeptic, but went to make my husband happy. Boy was I surprised, Deena Shartzer walked us through your products , she educated us front to back, did demonstrations & had us try multiple beds….all while being professionally , friendly & sooooo informative!! We’re expecting our delivery in two weeks.

We were greeted by the staff as we entered this store and felt very comfortable with our salesperson (Whitney). She was professional yet friendly and paid attention in our discussions. We purchased a new mattress before leaving and felt confident we made the right decision.

Greeted immediately upon entering and the Whitney experience began from there. Whitney was an excellent sales representative with a great sense of humor and she knows her stuff. She explained everything to us from start to finish. We just hope the bed is as good as the sales rep haha! Thanks

Be aware- I purchased my 3rd bed here in South Carolina and have had a nightmare experience! My sales woman in the store was fabulous. The first two beds that I had purchased years back were mailed to me and I put them together no problem. Now you have to have them delivered and installed by their delivery team. Watch them closely, so that you don’t have issues like I did. I made the mistake of not hovering over them end it turns out they took an item from my house and I’m still dealing with it months later. Sleep Number just wants to say I’m sorry and has not yet dealt with the issue.
