By far the worst experience I've ever experience with a mechanic.. Took my 2004 Acura tl there to have some work done to my head gaskets. Guy had my car for a week.. he put spark plugs , wires n a c/o2 sensor on for $500 of that fri.. that Saturday my car was down again. Called the guy n told him my car is doing the same thing it was before.. So back to T.H.E Shop my car goes that following monday.. this time I get a price tag of $1100 for parts n labor to repair head gaskets n some other odds n ends that I fell should have been caught the 1st time.. So now I'm paying this guy to do his own works over again.. 2 more weeks he has my car.. So he calls me Thursday to tell me that my car is ready, only to get there n my car still not ready because it's misfiring because he forgot to tighten a spark plug correctly.. So I finally get my car on this Fri 2weeks prior .. 4 days later I'm replacing a radiator from the piece where the radiator flows water to my engine is broken out.. So I ask Terry could he reimburse me for the radiator after he admit to maybe he had been leaning on it .. Keep in mind I've spent $1600 with this guy within a month. N he wouldn't even meet me half way on the price of the radiator .. worst experience ever..
