They don't maintain the pumps at all.. Half of them work if that.. Also never have paper in them.

New ownership “Minuteman Food mart” clean, freshened and ready to see you.

Always trouble with pumps. Every pump has millions of spiders and bugs on them!! Has not been cleaned up in many months. This is right across from mega fitness and next to tsunami.
