If there were 0 stars this one would get it. The absolute worst Sephora I've ever been in! There were 4 girls working. 2 of them were talking in a pretty deep conversation (in the aisle) either about a previous customer or another employee. I literally had to say "excuse me" for them to move the 3 inches that they moved. Not one of those ladies asked if they could help me. I was even testing colors of makeup on my hand. They ALL saw me. I went in there because I needed 3 specific things. I walked around thinking someone would surely ask if I needed help, but nope! And I was in every aisle! And this is why I'll stick with Ulta!! They get ya as soon has you walk in and hand you a bag or basket. I will never go back to this Sephora!! The WORST customer service ever!!!!

I purchased a Sephora brand eyeliner that was broken when I opened it. You could tell that it had not been used . The manager would not let me do an even exchange because it had been just over 2 months since the purchase. So silly.I will no longer shop at this store !!Customer service should be so much better , especially considering there is another cosmetics store nearby ! It's so obvious they don't even care about customers ! Terrible attitudes !

This store is very handicapped unfriendly. They do not have any electric handicapped carts. Why is it that every other major retailer has them, but not Kohl's. I had to go there to return an Amazon package and nearly passed out twice as I have COPD, Heart Disease, and Diabetes. I could never shop here without the aid of an electric handicapped cart.

So many brands of skin care products, so you will find everything you need. The staff is attentive and helpful.

They don’t even offer anything most stores do, and when you go there the girls working there treat you like garbage like you can’t even afford anything. Do better is all I have to say!!!!!!

It is a small version of a sephora. It lacks the technology that the Sephora stores have to match foundation colors.

If you want people to buy makeup don’t put someone that has no clue about makeup and badges your competition (Ulta).

There is never anything in stock. Small store. doesn’t take Sephora beauty insider points. Just go to Ulta.

Like other reviews state, this store is lack luster. There is zero customer service. I have tried going here a multitude of times without any help. I had to ask twice today. Also, there aren't any mirrors that have lighting to show the true match of products. The lighting in there makes the skin look totally unnatural. My biggest frustration is the stock issue. They never have what I am in need of. I try to support brick stores, but they are making it impossible. Furthermore, the store gets credit if they order the product for you and have it shipped. I haven't been offered this option. Do they not want to generate revenue for their payroll?I was also not asked if I needed any further assistance when I did ask for help. She kept walking away and just standing at the cash wrap. The other young lady who was there was doing a return. So, why are you standing there not making money?I guess I'll continue to order online.

They were out of a lot of things and the brush I wanted they had. So, I got the brush because I’m starting to getting into makeup and wanted to start with Rare Beauty. They make fun of the people in the store. The lady by the register said how can you only get one thing and laughed to the other employee. They were so unprofessional, it’s sad Rare Beauty is with them.

This was my first time coming to the Sephora close to where I live. Last time my first experience was the one in Disney springs and they were so nice and set me up for rewards I spent about $200 there and they told me that I can use the points for my next purchase. I came to this Sephora and I didn’t see any employee. I grabbed all the things I need and was ready to check out. I didn’t see any employee on the register or anything. I called one up and she let me enter my email. I asked her if I could use my points because I know I had some in there and she just stares at me and says if it doesn’t show up it means I don’t have any. Mind you I went to Sephora in Orlando in March of this year. I know they don’t expire that quickly. I tell her can you check again. The other employee steps in and my points show up. She tells me my points and I don’t know how to use the points so she just keeps repeating the points to me as I look at her and ask her what can I use it on. Like I get it you don’t want people using there points but be respectful when they do.

Went there a month ago and not a single person would help. Out of majority of stuff on shelves. There was a Charlotte Tilbury blush compact busted on a floor. The lady looked at me like I did it . Very rude and unprofessional service . What a shame ! Will order online for sure .

This Sephora is sooooo small and always out of Charlotte Tilbury products. Staff is just there, not walking around asking if anyone needs help. For Myrtle to be as big as it is, this store needs to be bigger or they need to have another one somewhere... there are at least 2 Ulta's in the area. SMH
