“We signed up with plantation storage four years ago and have no regrets. The team there is extremely friendly and when you call in, it’s great customer service. We looked at some of the other companies in the area, but they didn’t compare to the units at plantation storage. These units are clean, temperature controlled, they have great security, and 24/7 accessibility. They give referral credits and sometimes have annual or new sign-up specials. Highly recommend!”
“Great accessibility. Clean abs climate controlled. Friendly staff. Ask questions about what kind of lock to use. The one we brought was too wide to fit in the holes in the latch and the second one the loop was to long. Got it right the third time. We are happy with our choice!”

“They were so accommodating from a hectic, not expecting, quick move from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach. I will definitely use them again. The team up in Charlotte were fast and courteous. They explained thoroughly the process of renting a trailer and what to expect while driving. Hooked it up less than 10 min. and I was on my way with paperwork, less than 15. When I dropped it off not only 2 days late, but 5 min before Strand Storage was closing. And to top it off, I interrupted the dinner break of 2 of your team members. They were very kind and helpful while calming me for being late. They were the reason why I used Uhaul again making this " clean out " day a lot easier by renting one of your vans. A very comfortable, perfect size van for this project. You can guarantee the Jenks/Ricks family will be using Uhaul again with Strand Storage. Thank you team for being so helpful with kindness. Moving is stressful enough but the team at this place makes it easier. You guys rock!!!!”
“They have two friendly pet turtles. They have storage unit sizes on the floor of the main office. The person running his taillight business out of one of the units moved out. You can buy snacks from the counter. They are mostly bags of chips, though. You can't rent a trailer here if you have a vehicle designed for towing that they don't like. There are no rats (that I know of) living in the storage units. This place wants to keep your stuff (if you give them money) until you decide to retrieve it so you have a more convenient life. This place doesn't serve Italian food on Saturdays. I'm unable to verify these people do not search through your stuff to find traces of your DNA to send to Chinese spies. The turtles are adorable, so I've attached pictures of one.All details are as of June 2023, and may no longer be true.”

“I actually had 2 experience. The first time it was very unpleasant. A person, called Charlie- apparently the manager was pretty much ready to throw me out because I had the nerve to show up 20 minutes before closing. He was so combative that I was strongly considering to choose another facility. But thank god for Brenda!! What an incredibly friendly and helpful person! In my opinion she should be the manager! She made this whole process so smooth and pleasurable. Now I just have to figure out how not to face that guy, Charlie again!”
