This was my second time going into this store and I had the same experience both times. The store clerk was rude and made it clear that blacks or different race other than white wasn't welcome in there. From the moment I walked in she started frowning her face. One thing for certain I will never buy from scrubs and beyond in store or online ever again.

The selection was great. I’ve always loved this store, I frequented the location they had where I lived in Durham. However, this Myrtle Beach location made me never want to step into that store again. The associate working was so unbelievably rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but she seemed very annoyed by me asking about a specific color jacket. She seemed annoyed by my toddler walking around although I made she she touched nothing. she was not sociable at all. I don’t need you to be my friend when I’m shopping but it would be nice to feel like I was at least welcome in your store. I will stick to buying strictly online or finding another scrub store before I ever walk back into that store after my experience this afternoon.

Arrived at store at 6:02pm.Store hours confirm close at 8pm.The attendant would not open door as they had a sign on door saying closed at 6pm.Not good enough. .my first visit there to buy an outfit.I will not be back ?

Would not exchange item from online. Item was sent in the wrong size and I tried to exchange. Wanted to charge me more money for the item I had already paid for. Will not do business here or online again.

Jacobi was a GREAT help and very personable which is why I rated 5 stars. Although I was not pleased with Judi’s attitude towards him and me as a customer. She was very rude and ignored him multiple times when he asked for help with a discount.

I went to the Myrtle Beach store on Seaboard Street on Tuesday morning. I am a short, plus-sized lady so most uniforms are hard for me to find in something I don't have to alter unless they are the joggers style. Kathy took her time and searched the store over to find me the size I needed. Her help was great. Never had such great customer service anywhere else I have shopped. If you need scrubs this is the place to go! Huge selection and great prices.

The online stuff and the in person is totally different. In person I have had nothing but a great experience and everyone has always been very friendly and easy returns. I recently have made 3 different online orders. One was wrong style (my fault), different color top and bottom even tho I ordered the same color, and now it’s been weeks and I haven’t received my 3rd one. Customer service online is the worst ever, keep saying they will let me know updates but I have only been the one that’s called this far and they disregard what you are saying entirely. The in person store is just an hour away from me but I guess if I really need them I’ll just have to make the drive because I will never order online again.
