Tom and team at Saulisbury are the kind of folks you want to do business with, for a long time. Same or Next day repairs, depending when you call in. In the age where Customer Service has taken a back seat to time management and efficiency, Tom stands out from the crowd by taking his time to make sure things were working perfectly before he left. He even took the time and explained to us exactly how the machine works, and how we get the images we do...and of course how to make them better While I know he had a list of things to do, he made us feel like we were his only customers, and he had all the time in the world for us and our questions. It's Customer Service like this that has not only kept us loyal clients for 8 years, but for as long as they (and Tom) stay in business.

Recently, our office copier machine was down to the point it wasn't functional. Saulisbury was very swift with sending someone out to fix it. Mr. Tom Grafton was theee absolute best with helping our situation. He was very polite and very funny, he talked to us making us feel comfortable with him. He broke down the machine, found out what the issue was, and ordered the piece over the weekend then came back out to install it the next business day. Within, 45 mins he had the machine put back together and functioning. He deserve a raise if you ask me, he was so amazing! Thank you Saulisbury for helping us out in our time of need!

Our church just switched out our copy machine for a new one through Saulisbury Business Solutions. It has been a pleasure to work with Travis Frederick, Tom Grafton & Steve Phillips (who came all the way up from Charleston to set up our fax). I look forward to a long working relationship with this team of professional individuals!
