We've been to this aquarium twice and both times we had a great experience. In our experience if you buy tickets on the website in advance you can go right in and have your tickets scanned. If you buy tickets at the entrance there may be a line to buy tickets but it does move fast. None of the animals appear to be stressed. They all appear to be well taken care of. All of the exhibits have detailed explanations for each animal which is great. My favorite part is getting to touch the sting rays. They float around the pool and come right up to you so you can touch them. All together it's a great experience.

The aquarium is an excellent destination for families, particularly for children. The facility is well-maintained and offers several exceptional exhibits.
The staff were friendly, professional, and provided helpful assistance throughout our visit. Our son especially enjoyed the interactive penguin exhibit, where he had a great time exploring the tunnel.
We chose to visit early in the day, which allowed us to avoid the crowds and fully enjoy the experience.

Great little aquarium! Well, worth the time to check it out. A couple of hours, and you can check most things.Can pet stingrays and jellyfish. They have a cool tunnel that you can walk under the glass tank and check the fish out. The sawfish are very cool. Penguins and Sloths as well. Lots of activities and shows you can catch as well. Nice air condition break from the heat. $42 adult. Great place for kids and adults.

They have a huge walk through aquarium portion. It was gorgeous with lots of aquatic life! It was pretty pricey, not sure if I’d spend the money to go again. But, it was a nice experience.

Very crowded and dirty. Several Sting rays in dying condition. Bearded dragon visibly had sunken skin and eyes. Very expensive. Would not go back.

Absolutely enjoyed it! Last minute adventure? Great! Definitely add to your travel plans. The sharks are amazing! Sea turtles in the same habitat?! Saw fish? Absolutely amazing aquarium. You will be in awe with how amazing this aquatic adventure is. You won't be upset with this adventure;

Nice aquarium as standard for Ripley. We've been to a few. This one seems to have more children oriented events and activities than others. Food and gifts are pricey, but you probably know that going in.
Recommend if you've never been to a Ripley aquarium.

Was very disappointed with the staff encountered. Not sure what we are teaching the younger generation. But when they act like you are bothering them or making them do something you want to turn around and leave. Heaven forbid you ask a question because the response will be nasty and short. Tanks were clean but for the price I would expect more. This comes from a local that used to make Ripley's attractions a part of our guest trips when they visit. This trip was probably the last. So many other ways to spend my time and money.
