Robin, Logan and Marlene were very professional and respectful to me. Robin was very knowledgeable of repairs and appraisals. Barry was such a great help in narrowing down the type of band for my fiancé! He is truly knowledgeable of each band and give honest feedback as to what type of band would look best. We appreciated the time he took with us & recommended him to anyone interested in looking for wedding bands.

My fiancé and I went in to get an idea of wedding bands. My ring is a marquise, so it has been hard finding a wedding band that compliments it. Logan helped us find the PERFECT wedding bands. I loved that he was super patient and wasn’t pushy at all. It made it easy for us to decide for ourselves what we liked with no pressure. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well!

We recently purchased an engagement ring and both wedding bands from Barry. He was great to work with. Barry helped us narrow down our search and found the perfect rings we were looking for. He made sure all questions were answered and was very helpful after the sale as well. The rings were shipped to our residence after they were siz d and Barry kept us updated every step of the way. I would recommend Reeds and Barry to anyone in the market for jewelry. We are from out of town and it is nice to be able to go to any Reeds store for service. Great experience, couldn’t ask for any better.

I have always had a great experience at this location but on my recent visit I was helped by a young man named Logan White. Reeds Jewelers has always been my go to jewelry store. After one of the store manager’s had left several years ago we haven’t been to the store much. For Mother’s Day my husband purchased a beautiful bracelet for me he was telling me how friendly the staff was and how nice Scott Wilson (store manager) was when checking him out. My husband had told me that Scott and his staff went out of their way to find the perfect bracelet for me and they did! Just today I had picked up my rings that I had recently dropped off and was told they would be done in a week. They were ready in two days! I couldn’t be more impressed! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very welcoming. I would highly recommend Reeds for anyone looking for great jewelry and outstanding customer service.
