Tried to pay them cash same day bill was due they refused payment several times then waited a yr to send to collections what kinda scam is this why refuse cash payments then send to collections seems unfair I'd suggest finding a place that accepts cash because this place does not the Dr's office accepted cash no problem the quest diagnostics representative would not accept cash payment

Great location for bloodwork. Very quick and easy! Small office, plenty of parking, and no wait whatsoever. Quick kiosk check in. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, but was brought back immediately. Jackie was fantastic. Perfect vein placement...quick, easy, and no bruising whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

I would never use this Myrtle Beach, SC location again - EVER!! No way to communicate by phone AND yes I have a login / account. Left multiple messages via chat / messaging on my account and have received nada, zero, nothing.Blood drawn Sept 27 it is now Oct 13. Needed results for my physical today. Yes, Dr faxed paperwork ie work-order for blood work that is why they drew blood - dah. On that paperwork it gave the fax number to send results. Never sent and never contacted Dr or me if there was any issues.No results posted in my account thus account is USELESS!Yep - I am pissed!

I went this morning and it was clean and organized with a check in kiosk. I had an appointment and got there early and was done even before my appointment time. Jackie was so pleasant and professional and drew blood with no issues at all. Definitely will go back here again if I need lab work done again.

Terrible ! I walked in for a drug screen and there was no one working at the front desk. You have to check in on a machine and there was one person working in the back . I arrived at 9am for a drug screen and at 11am when I finally complained their employee told me that they don’t start taking drug screens until 11am . If she would’ve told me this at 9am and I would’ve returned . She then expressed that she doesn’t know what time she could take me and I had to wait. Terrible attitude and no customer service skills what so ever .

Slowest place I have ever had a blood draw!There is no one at the front desk either so you just sit there waiting with the weirdest check in status.

phlebotomist was amazing!! she joked with me & calmed down as i HATE getting my blood drawn. she hit the vein immediately, i have no bruise & got my results in less than 24 hrs. i will definitely be back as long as the same woman is working!!

They advertise at Conway SC CMC that they are open until 4pm. I arrived at 3:45 and the lab tech told me at 3:47 that she does not draw blood after 3:45 and I would have to come back. I then called customer service waited on hold to speak to someone about this and at 3:57 the phone was picked up and then they hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Shameful!!!

I went to Quest Diagnostics and I was warmly welcomed and even though it was my first time and did not understand Katty was very helpful and helped me through the process I would recommend anyone to visit. Thank you Katty

5 Stars, Avoid the false reviews. Yes they don't allow your guest to wait in the lobby cause of covid restrictions by policy, But that's what the car is for. Went for full blood work, Was very professional friendly and funny. I get weak seeing blood and they was very courteous about trying to hide it. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Phlebotomist got my vein first try and barley stung for a second.

The woman there was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever.One of the rudest people I’ve ever met . Shocking that they would have someone like this working with patents in a healthcare setting .
