“It's rare these days to get any help with anything, must less good help. Yesterday I went to try and get my furniture that had been delivered 4 days early out of U-Haul containers. I am 76 and had moved from Florida and sleeping on the floor in an empty house. Emily Sullivan is the manager of this U-Haul. If you've ever moved you know how it is visiting a Uhaul store. I never tried using containers and got a quick lesson it involves many people in other states to accomplish a simple task. No, it's not simple and they have a pretty good system and affordable. I write this to acknowledge Ms Sullivan, because she listened, had a calm attitude and quickly jumped into action to accomplish my needs. No excuses, explanations, just resolved it, instantly. I had been calling from the night before and no one got back to me. But, in one second she affirmed she would bring the two containers that day. I found a quick mover thru Waves, but they don't handle containers. She backed that trailer into my drive like it was sports car and while two grown men watched she unhooked and was gone. She stands out as EXCELLENT in my days. MOST OUTSTANDING employee.”
