“I stopped in last week to see if they had a desk to meet my specs. They did. I was getting ready to purchase when a woman, perhaps a manager but I'm not sure, suggested I wait until Sunday because sales start then.. At first I thought go ahead and get it because maybe it's 20 bucks off right? But I waited and it turned out it was $111 less expensive because it was indeed on sale. AND there is an installation service that will put it together and I don't have to do it myself or listen to my husband and it is available Nationwide. I don't know about the rest of that service but I know I'm pretty tickled to try it out. Thank you whoever it was at the store who suggested I wait until Sunday. I really appreciate you. “We had a really complex shipping project around moving a concert harp from Myrtle Beach, SC to California, and the ShipOnSite team did a fantastic job with it. The harp is over 6ft tall and is as much a piece of art as it is a delicate musical instrument. In addition to being quite valuable in the traditional sense, it has great sentimental value to us as a family heirloom -- so the stakes were quite high. Frank and his team made it all happen without a hitch. They built a custom wooden crate for the harp that was an impressive display of design and craftsmanship, and handled all the freight shipping details. “I came here to ship a package out of state and USPS didnt update their system for days. Matt and one of his reps (sorry, I forgot your name) went above and beyond to check and assure me the package was picked up by USPS. Service was excellent as usual. If I can gather anything from some of these previous reviews, it boils down to user error. Read signs, ask questions and verify what you are paying for PRIOR to the point of sale. If you're unsure of the services they provide, call prior to making a trip. The phone is an excellent invention and is underutilized. Complaining you didn't know after the fact is useless for everyone. Anyway, thank you again for your help and also following up when I initially called.”
