We were referred to Preston’s Auto Repair as we needed new brakes. We went in today at 9am and we took a seat in their comfortable lounge chairs in their lobby. They told us it would be about 2 hours. One hour and 40 minutes later they woke us up to tell us our car was ready!!? YES! I said woke us up!? I’m not sure if they got a picture of us sleeping in their lobby but it sure was funny! We all had a good laugh! By the way they did a FANTASTIC JOB on our brakes at a reasonable price! We are very happy with their service and their lounge chairs! Although the nap ? ? could have been a little longer!? Happy Customers!

I am so grateful I found Preston’s- I had a flat tire on my way back from Wilmington and gave them a call since they were so close to my house.. the pricing was exactly where I needed it to be which was the first great part. The second great part was the friendliness and professionalism and kindness from Vince as I had an emergency come up and needed to pick up my car the next day. He was so nice and showed true compassion to my emergency. I could tell he genuinely cared about what was going on with me. I will only use Preston’s from now on. Thank you, Vince!

Vincent was great at explaining to me (a female) what needed fixing now and upcoming. With it being a 2001 said it would cost more than it was worth. Didn't even charge me for looking at it! Offered to check out a new one when ready to buy another.Very helpful, and great honest place!!??

Honest auto repair shop ??. Local family owned and the best I’ve found here in Myrtle Beach. They totally stand behind all repairs and are reasonably priced. They will not repair it if it doesn’t need it. I was ripped off by other shops when we moved here 8 years ago. Preston runs his business with Christian ethical values. Call Brandon or Melissa to schedule your next oil change or service work. I highly recommend Preston’s Automotive ❤️
