This family owned company is the best. I can not recommend a better moving company. From them coming to give an estimate to the day of our move was nothing but an absolute pleasure. The day of our move the guys showed and went right to work. They took such excellent care of all our belonging and made sure everything was wrapped so securely. The guys were so friendly and polite. Everything went so smoothly and I can not thank them all for such a wonder group of guys. You made our move so less stressful then I though it would be. Thank you for your service and being so kind and careful with all our stuff. I will highly recommend that his company to everyone who asks for a referral.

We think this family owned company is wonderful, the owner, the staff and the guys that did our move fom SC to NC were all great. They took such care with our furniture, wrapped and well protected. All of the guys are experienced movers, well trained and professional. From start to finish, they made a stressful two days as easy and stress-free for us as could be possible. We highly recommend them.

Tried to call and get a quote to move out of state. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly and very helpful. When I proceeded to ask questions about the move she passed me off to "JAY" who is better with long distance moves.Jay is the rudest ***** I have ever seen, wants to tell me we aren't the cheapest or the most expensive but we work on customer service. I tried to explain what was being moved, he only wanted to overtalk me and tell me his sales pitch. And from what I gathered, pricing depends on who you are, since there is no set pricing. I asked what the max amount he could haul and give me a quote on that, apparently he has "little man" syndrome, cause he got pissed and told me to get a truck and do it myself.I did not hire these people, I would not recommend this company, and they should probably keep Jay away from customers. Jay has no customer service skills. Ill use Miracle Movers instead, but thanks JAY for helping me decide.**After your response, I was not overtalking Jay, what I was trying to do is get him to explain if there is a minimum weight or minimum cubic foot for pricing. He could not do so, again apparently different pricing for different people. But Shannon is more than welcome to call me

Positive Moves is a top notch operation. They were thorough, dependable, honest , and meticulous. Moving is quite stressful and they were there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend them to anyone preparing for a move. The crew they have were willing to do anything to help us and always with a smile and great attitude. Positive Moves did a fantastic job with my move! From pre-move communication to on-site services, their team is professional, efficient, and careful—meticulously wrapping my furniture as if it were their own. My awesome crew arrived on time and finished early. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely contract with them for my move out of storage!

At 73 and having made multiple moves over a lifetime, this was, without a doubt, the most professional, positive and upbeat experience that I have ever had in my life, as most moves are a nightmare. They followed up and through on everything, and they were on time. There was not a single scratch on any piece of furniture, and no glassware or furniture with glass broke, and when they delivered the shipment they were respectful and helpful in every way (even set up a bed for me). I plan to use them again in the next couple of months to take the balance of my home in NY to Myrtle Beach. I consider myself so fortunate to have found them.
