We signed up with plantation storage four years ago and have no regrets. The team there is extremely friendly and when you call in, it’s great customer service. We looked at some of the other companies in the area, but they didn’t compare to the units at plantation storage. These units are clean, temperature controlled, they have great security, and 24/7 accessibility. They give referral credits and sometimes have annual or new sign-up specials. Highly recommend!

Have utilized their storage facilities for both business and personal items since they opened and have been very satisfied. Everything is always very clean, well organized and the staff is extremely pleasant to deal with. Especially enjoy the incentive of paying for months in advance and getting free month.

I would give them 10stars if i could. Their customer service goes above and beyond. We had a car transporter show up without notice and they were very understanding and helped me get one car to my house because the men didnt understand english and gave us a corner spot so my husband can get in and out of the cars

Friendly, courteous, and very helpful. We were able to store 2 motorcycles in an enclosed unit during our vacation at Myrtle beach. Most of the rental units prohibit motorcycle parking. Cost was reasonable. Will use them again.

Kris has been the best to deal with in my 5 years or dealing withplantation. Always kind helpfull honest and more than willing to help if she can. Sam was new face this year and seems like a great adittion to the team. Very knowledgable and feiendly. The two of them are the reason i exclusivly use this facility besides it is secure and maintained to a hight level. The grounds are always clean and kept. The new led lighting inside the units are amazing. Even the fire extinguisher outdorr boxes look great! Prices are very fair also. Recomend over any others i have used in myrtle area!
