I've been a member at Planet Fitness for a while, but my experience has truly improved since their new night shift employee, Tarrence, came on board. You can immediately tell when he’s working—the bathrooms are always spotless, and the paper towels and tissue are consistently stocked. Little details like these make a huge difference, especially late at night, and it’s clear Tarrence takes pride in creating a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.
Not only does he keep the facilities in top shape, but he also makes every guest feel welcomed. Tarrence greets each person with a genuine smile and positive energy as soon as they walk in, creating an atmosphere that feels safe and inviting, no matter the hour. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like this, especially during the night shift.
Planet Fitness is lucky to have an employee like Tarrence, and I truly believe he deserves a promotion for his dedication and hard work. It’s employees like him who keep members coming back and make Planet Fitness a great place to be!

Honestly I enjoy working out here and always recommend black card membership, but if I were to make a gym it would be 1,000 percent better than this with no actual obligations. There are a lot of things that tick me off about this place and just planet fitness in general but I'm not going to go there it's all mainly opinion-based.

Kudos to the great staff at planet fitness in Carolina Forest in Conway SC. At first I was very concerned about going back to the gym. However, after my first workout and seeing how hard and efficiently the staff work at keeping the center clean. I felt very comfortable going back and working out. I truly look forward to my workouts at planet fitness.

The no judgement zone for working out is a great concept. You know in The Bible God tells us to Judge not lest ye be judged. We should all remember that everywhere. The way people help each other in this gym is good to see. I hope we all take that with us when we leave there and help each other out in other ways too.

Very good room, I took advantage of a daily pass for a test during my vacation in May 2024. Good atmosphere and maintained machines, in my memories the dumbbells stop at 70lbs (32kg). Heavier weights would be appreciated. Strong point for the receptionist who was really super nice :)
