Can't pay reoccurring charges with credit card.
No pool, no basketball court.
No towels.

Equipment and facilities are kept clean and well stocked. There are still those patrons who refuse to wipe down machines after use and spend their time there posting selfies or whatever while tying up machines that others are waiting to use. Wish they would find a trainer to facilitate classes again.

Machines can take a long time to be repaired .
One urinal usually broken on and off for several years

I liked the layout of this gym and really appreciated the clock on the wall that lit up the seconds. The staff was friendly and I had no problem getting PF black card amenities. Even though there were a lot of people working out, I didn’t have to wait for any machines or weights. As always the gym was clean/ being cleaned by staff. The locker room was also spacious and clean. The photo I’m including is me 7 months ago at a different gym, but I’m using it to show that I am into fitness and a lot of people at PF are serious about strength training and body building!

Went to tanning bed last week and 4 bulbs were out in bed #6. Went today and 12 bulbs were out in bed #6. Don't think the other tanning beds are working. I pay a monthly fee to enjoy the tanning bed and this is unacceptable. I asked an employee if he knew the bulbs were out and he said no he didn't. It's hard to believe no one has complained about the bed. I will not continue to pay and have to use a bed with bulbs out.
