So, I'd like to address a problem with your bank tellers, one to be exact. She's of Indian decent and feels the NEED to treat me differently because I'm Caucasian. Apparently, she has a hard time believing I make what I do on my checks. So much that, she has to call my employer EVERYTIME to verify he wrote that check to me in the EXACT dollar amount like I'm home just printing off checks! One day, my boss happened to be in the bank passing me and I told him what she was doing to me and he yelled at her from across the bank to just cash my check and to stop calling him. He's a big investor in that facility. I guess she thinks something of me to not believe I make what I do, because after she was told to STOP calling him everytime I cash my check, she starts asking me "HOW OFTEN" I get these checks..lady you know what you're doing, you're just jealous and mad because I make more than you..CLEARLY. NONE of the other bank tellers treat me that way, I've even mentioned it to another bank teller how offensive she is. So to bank teller who thinks she's BETTER than Caucasians trying to cash their check because the number is TOO HIGH for her, DO BETTER. Racism effects ALL races, I said what I said get over it. Stop using malice on customers who's check is bigger than yours. ??♀️

I had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle while opening a new account. There was always a real person answering the phone, with no "press 1", "press 2" nonsense to navigate. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Brenna was very easy to work with and helped me with all the complexities of the particular account I was opening, which happened to require several signatures for trustees. She made it all a breeze. I even received a thank you card from her and the other staff of that branch in the mail a few days later, including a small gift card to a local restaurant we had chatted about while in her office. So thoughtful and personal, I really appreciated it. Thank you Brenna! I will recommend you and your bank to everyone I can.

Pinnacle has been an absolute nightmare to work with since they bought out BNC. Their online banking is a total and their customer service cannot even fix the most simple issues. Run fast and run far.
