Got my 2 year old daughters ears pierced here and it was a wonderful experience. I don't remember the girls name that did the piercing but she was so kind and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. Her demeanor really calmed my daughters nerves to the point she didn't even cry! She even gave my daughter some lollipops afterwards. Such a great experience.
