My husband and I both needed updated glasses and choosing this Pearle location has been a great experience! The entire staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Collette provided a thorough exam with a spot on prescription. And lastly, we cannot say enough about the wonderful service that Matt gave us. My husband prefers a certain type of frame and Matt knew exactly what he wanted and ordered that brand for him. He was very happy with them as I was my transitional glasses and both of our sunglasses. Thank you all for making this such a pleasant experience and providing quality products.

Great experience here, I was on vacation and lost my glasses at the beach from an uppercut of a wave. I stopped by this Pearle Vision and was quickly greeted and shown the variety of frames they carried. I personally was here to replace my glasses and was not looking for anything in particular. I was quickly helped and luckily they had my prescription quickly available. A few measurements here and there, boom done. 30 minutes later I could see again to take my drive home from vacation. Just want to give a shout out to this location as they gave me great service, fast service, and was fully understanding! If you lose your glasses on vacation, make sure you have a photo of your prescription, it'll make everything go so much smoother. And if you plan to use insurance, have your insurance card/info ready! Again great place!! A++

Maybe another Office would in another location would have worked out! Terrible experience- got fitted for contacts and I couldn’t see walking out the door- just wear them and come back in a couple of weeks! Really? I paid 150:00 bucks and insurance paid the difference and after another appointment put me in another pair and I said no difference. The girl at the desk is arrogant- the dr and rest were fine- just don’t know much about multi focal fittings- went elsewhere and I will be calling and demanding a refund! Used up my Insurance coverage for a year!! Paid all out of pocket with people that care more about your vision not money-

I have had two very positive experiences with Pearle Vision. Using a frame that I love, they are able to replace my lenses with a new prescription and are able to shape them to fit my frames.The only problem this time was when they put in the new lenses, the technician straightened up my frames and they no longer fit my head and subsequently my eyes. The lenses are trifocal, progressive ones. I had to spend several days readjusting my frames so that the fit properly on my head so the different focal plains lined up. That being said, the next time, I will caution them to not straighten the arms and bends in the frames.

We have been here before and had a great experience, but this time was a joke.Walk-ins welcome maybe but not for an eye examine. Misinformation #1 We tried to make an appointment on line, which the web site said we could but were unable to. "We don't do appointments over the internet" Misinformation #2 We called the eye doctors phone number listed at Pearl, but no one picked up the phone. " They don't come in till 1 o'clock" Misinformation #3. (I think we have an answering machine from 1984)This place is missing a elephant and a tent to make it a complete circus.Good luck!

spent a arm and a leg on glasses elsewhere, came to see Matt and his staff and he literally bent over backwards for me and made the glasses 10 times better than I expected. I will now only go here for now on. Huge difference in service and quality and they make everything on site once the lenses arrive.

The staff and doctors at Pearl Vision are amazing! They are welcoming, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and great with kids. My husband and I have had wonderful experiences there as well with eye exams and testing and buying glasses. Highly recommend!
