For the sake of everything good, MANAGEMENT! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Y’all have these teenagers running this store like chickens with their heads cut off. One young man SUCKED HIS TEETH for having to go behind my boyfriend to fold a misplaced shirt. Lord forbid we’re interested in looking at something. Teach these damn kids some manners.

I have loved this store (both locations) since my 1st time shopping 5yrs ago. I come to the store at least once a month if not more spending a lot of money every time. The last 3 times I have been I have a hand full of clothes to try on & due to short staffing I can’t try on my clothes because the dressing room is closed. Today was it for me there were 5 employees up at the 2 registers & with my hands yet again full of clothes to try on, my husbands full of things to purchase. I put everything back & will not be returning to the store. It doesn’t matter time of day I have gone when they open, midday & evening it’s closed. It’s upsetting because I loved the store.

Palmetto Moon Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall is a cool store that has all of the gift items that you need and more. I really like the location and the selection that they have available here. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

Just love Coastal Grand. Lots of awesome stores and a great play area for the kids so mom and dad can rest their feet! Our purchases this trip came from Charm World, Jimmy Jazz, GameStop and Victoria’s Secret. Thanks for the great variety!

coastal grand is awesome,but beware of pagoda,my wife was given as empty box.They said you should have checked.So don't trust someone,always check,everyone aren't good
