Love our patio furniture! The salespeople are so kind and helpful. Plus I took advantage of the 30 day guarantee and replaced the pattern on my cushions. There were no questions asked and I got to keep the old cushions until the new ones came in. 5 stars ⭐️

Had such a great and easy experience with Palm Casual- they had a great selection with a lot of variety. The furniture is a lot higher quality than what you can get at a big box store. They were extremely fast as well- took 2 weeks from order to delivery! Highly recommend

Today 11/15/23 Palm Casual provided excellant customer service helped with my chairs stuffed in a suburau, were able to replace my fabric timely and save the chairs I just love. Very reasonable pricing!!!

The BEST EXPERIENCE my wife and I ever had purchasing our patio furniture from Palm Casual MB. They offered us quality, selection, large choice of fabric, warranty and PRICE. Our sales reps, Dave and Angie were great. They answered our questions, made suggestions and kept us within our budget. We purchased furniture, however we have not received it yet, but our experience with Cam and Emily was unbelievable, they greet you at the door then let you look around, they will answer any question you have, explain the quality of their furniture, making you comfortable with your shopping experience, there is no high pressure sales just good old fashion customer service! If you are looking for quality furniture, Palm Casual should be first on your list!
