If I could give zero stars I would... Lady was nice at first and we wanted to smell a cologne my husband couldn't find in stores, only online and she had "one left" and she said it was 200$ and when we said we weren't looking to spend more than 60$ for it (cause online for the same exact size and fragrance it was 55$) she scoffed and told us no we wouldn't find it anywhere for that price.... she then decided to no longer be hospitable toward us after we said what we wanted to spend.... they don't even get the perfumes/colognes for what they're asking.... do not go here unless you want to spend twice the amount of money ?

I recently took a watch there to replace the battery. I ask them personally if they had a pressure tester in order to change the battery and they told me they had one. Once I saw the technician trying to pry open the watch I told him NOT TO SCRATCH it numerous times. He told me that it will be ready in half an hour. When I went back to pick up the watch he told me that he cannot open the watch and I should take it to FAST AND FIX next to Dillard's. When I saw the watch it was all scratched in the back side from him trying to pry it open. I started complaining and his boss some lady that was there started swearing at me in Spanish. And because I speak Spanish as well I started talking to het at her native language. At the end she took the watch and she said will fix the scratches. She took a polishing cloth and started polishing the back of the watch like the scratch would go away. Stupidity at its best. I will end up sue then for destroying the watch since I took pictures of it while I was there.

Very nice selection. Owner is a very nice guy and take care of his customers. He went out of the way and even ordered a Cologne for me that is very hard to find!! I would recommend it anyone that is looking to buy Perfume or Cologne.

Very nice selection. Owner is a very nice guy and take care of his customers. He went out of the way and even ordered a Cologne for me that is very hard to find!! I would recommend it anyone that is looking to buy Perfume or Cologne.

Horrible customer service asked if I was going to buy the necklace or if she was going to waste her time showing it to me. Also had jewelery marked 14k Italy that was not real.
