Friend purchased a face mask for 12. Yesterday. It was a piece of cut terri cloth , nothing more. No finished edges, etc. Manager refused to refund, even after corporate was called and told them to refund. Still no refund. Very rude . Will never shop with y’all again. And people wonder why so many businesses are going under. CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL MATTERS. Myself along with everyone I know will be sharing pictures and this information. Thus is his Office Depot treats it’s elderly customers.

I used the fax services at Office Max. They charged me $14 for 7 pages and 1 of 7 was a cover page. I was told it was long distance since it was a town 1.5 hrs away. Pricing like that is ridiculous. There are other options and better ones in my opinion for all of my office supplies and needs. I don't believe I was charged a reasonable price for this self help service.

Customer service is nice on certain days. Some employees are very nice and some are not too friendly. Some items are also overpriced but they do have a nice selection of office and home necessities.

I bought a printer that was defective and was given a very difficult time. Horrible customer service. After spending close to $600 this is the way I was treated.

I've been using their self serve services for several years and today I'm told I have to wait in a long line behind people needing full services because he MAY need to use the copier I print to. They have 2. In the past I have stopped immediately if they needed to use it. The store manager is very rude. I said I have to wait an hour in line to see if he MAY need to use it? So when I'm using it for 15 minutes no one can have any services. Now that's using common sense!

Stopped here yesterday to ask a quote for printing a booklet. the dude at the Printing Services desk was not even listening to me and gave me a quote for color photocopies and other stuff that I was not asking for. He kept on listening to music in his earphones and did not even try to look at the file I needed to print (I had my USB device with me). No problem.I left and went all the way to Office Depot (read my review). Same company, way much better service. I hope the store managers of this location of Office Max will read this and take action because I am a client and they are losing a lot of business from my side.

OfficeMax is a convenient place to shop for my home and business stationary needs. They carry most everything I use from small items like staples up to desk sets. All of which I have purchased there. Prices can be high for some items, you just have to shop around. It is seldom that I had to go elsewhere to find an item. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful making it easy to figure what printer cartridge I need. Will continue to shop here.

Stopped in to take advantage of the fourth of July sale. Bought my wife a new desk at a very good price. The young man who assisted us and took the desk out to the car was very polite and helpful to us and others. I can't remember his name, but he worked the afternoon of 7/1/17. This will be our new place for office supplies.

I've used their printing and shipping services a few times and been really impressed by how quickly and willingly they have helped me, especially with my last minute printing needs for a funeral program.

I heard things were slower in the south and this place really demonstrated that. We stood at the counter for a good 20 minutes before anyone helped us. I just wanted to print something from my webmail, but they only take files on a USB drive. I wasted another 15 minutes before the guy behind the counter admitted he didn't know how to get the PDF from my email onto his computer to print it. Only to realize there's an actual FedEx copy center practically within spitting distance.
